Recently in the last year, I wanted to start getting my nails done at places that were smaller and more personalized, and this is as personalized and private as it gets! When we first walked in, Lucy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You are the only person there and all the attention is focused on you. Lucy was so accommodating that she let my mom and I come in together and hang out with each other. Lucy is very funny and keeps the conversation going. Her attention to detail is amazing, as I was getting a more complicated design. She has a lot of patience and wanted to get the design just right and make sure I was happy without rushing. You can tell that she really enjoys what she's doing through her work. I already booked my refill with the same nail design even before I left Lucy's place for a refill for for my gel-x tips and design. Although there are nail salons that are much closer to me, driving half an hour is definitely going to be worth it to me each time to get my nails done at Lucy's for more gel-x tips and gel pedicures! If you're looking for a relaxing, private nail place in western mass, Lucy is your girl!

I do, however, need to mention two individuals who are extremely rude and mean to both me and to Edward. Victoria and Phoebe took it upon themselves to be rude to Edward and kept demanding that he keep redoing the older woman in her late 60s toenails and they were being condescending and rude to him. The daughter Phoebe made a rude motion about waxing to me it appears that they're both very insecure women. Please do yourself a favor. If you have to deal with these two women don't even give them any power over you because they're clearly abusive.

Read through the reviews, they are certainly strange: "They did not give me a discount" or "I have an eye allergy but didn't bother reminding the person before my appointment". Salon 180 is a really chill spot to get your hair done, and in my experience, they certainly deliver all they are promising.

I recently went with my mom who is elderly, mani pedi gel for a wedding event next day in New York. Let me tell you? Our pedis were amazing, our mani perfection and we enjoyed every minute.
