So I went in yesterday and had a great experience here. I'm used to getting my nails done kind of wild lol and long, but I'm getting older and I wanted to go with something sophisticated. Moon did my mani, and I'm not sure who did my pedi but it was a younger man. I asked for Moon because her work was all over Yelp and I always like to see someone's work before I go in for an appointment, I'm not disappointed whatsoever. I love my nails! And she's an incredibly sweet person! The only thing I would change is for the person doing pedicures to ask what shape we want our toes, because I always do square (makes my feet look better) and he made them round. I have had my nails done from California to Wyoming and NailPro is top notch! Love their customer service, product selection, and finished product. Well I had the biggest slap in the face today, went to get my nails done arrived on time, waited 25 minutes, she took off the last 2 nails off & informed .e I would have to come back at 12:30 to get new nails , complained about it agreed came back on time and sat 4 15 minutes, watched her take another customer before me, got mad & walked out. Moon and gang ( sorry I can't remember everyone's names) are fabulous. I have been getting my nails and toe nails done by them for 2 years now. I have never been disappointed. Best advice is to arrive 10-15 minutes early. They do take appointments but also cater to walk-in's. read more

I travel to Sheridan during the summer. I have been going to this place off an on for several years. Last year and the year before I had a really awful experience and chalked it up to COVID labor issues. But this year the the same happened and I just want to save someone from the nonsense. These people will tell you it's a 15 minute wait or even a 45 minute wait. So you wait, then when it's past your waiting time they move you to a chair to make you feel like it is almost your turn. Nope! There you sit for another 30 or more minutes. Then the service they provide is awful. I had gel on my toes and instead of removing the gel the guy did the pedicure right over the existing gell. He didn't file properly and my toes look worse than they did when I came in. I was there for a total of THREE hours after they told me to come back in 45 minutes which I did. Waited another hour for them to put me in a pedicure chair. Waited another 40 minutes for them to start. Do not waste all your time. There are other options in town. read more

The only flaw was the long wait, make sure you have plenty of time if you want a walk in appointment. Mine took about 2 hours. The service was absolutely excellent though and I'm extremely happy with the pedi I got here and I will be going back. read more

My grandmother had an appointment for her nails at 10:30am. We got there and were told to pick a color. We waited 30 minutes still nothing. A simple sorry we are a bit behind or anything would have been good but to be completely ignored that is unacceptable and very unprofessional. We ended up leaving. Very disappointed in their time management and customer service. read more

I would never recommend this "salon" to anyone. I went to Nail Pro shortly after moving to Sheridan and just wanted a fill on my nails along with a color change. The woman who did my nails didn't have a single clue what she was doing. She didn't completely take my old nail polish off and then proceeded to fill my nails - so no matter what I did, I still had my old nail polish on underneath a layer of poorly done acrylic. On top of that, the paint job on my nails was sloppy and the service was pretty awful. Rude owner, and a ton of employees that don't have a clue what they're doing. read more

worst pedicure i ever had!! do not go there. it really deserves a "0" but you can't give it that. they totally cut up bottom of my feet to point of cracked & bleeding. i'm calling the licensing board i wonder how many of them are licensed??!! or legally in this country!! and omg it cost me a fortune. you are better off going to the beauty school!! read more

WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They ruined my nails. I went in to get a fill and for my new nails I just wanted an off white with a small maroon design on the ring finger of both hands. First of all, the technician did not understand a thing I said so I was correcting him on what color I wanted and he got so frustrated he had to go and smoke a cigarette in the middle of doing my nails. Then when he put the design on my nail he did not let it dry before putting on a top coat and it smeared. He knew what had happened. And he did nothing. Oh, but he did charge me $10.00 extra for that great little detail and then when you check out they require a tip. This was ridiculous because I should have not even paid for how bad my nails are. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. read more
