The color selection is great, however, they are always so busy and rushing. My lady definitely had little interest in making it a good experience for me. Just pained my nails as quickly as possible and sent me on my way. No massage no oil no cream. She also got annoyed when I asked her to fix the shape. I'm giving it 3 stars because this is Sheridan and it's decent for the city. I would never go back if it was in a bigger city.... also very expensive. $45 for gel pedicure read more

We made an appointment here for pedicures. When we arrived the place smelled HORRIBLE. Overwhelming scent of chemicals. No fans, no AC. Simply unbearable. We were so nauseated after they made us wait and wait (appointment, remember?) that we had to leave or I was going to get sick. If you're going to be working with chemicals and nail polish, please please have some kind of VENTILATION. Yikes. read more

I went and got a gel pedicure and a filling for my acrylic nails.( we had an appointment at 5:00) when we arrived there was barely people being helped finally we had gotten our stuff and I was sitting for my filling when a man walked in wanting a full set of acrylics and they proceeded to laugh at him. I gave them the powders that I wanted and he told me that we will just put this over ur already existing acrylic. They look horrendous. I've been in and out of Sheridan lately since my parents moved here. I decided to try out the nail salons in the area when I visit. Every time I come to this salon they make it seem like they can take walk-ins right away. However they make you wait forever and keep telling you "20 minutes". They move you around from chair to chair to make it seem like "you're next" but you truly aren't. I came with three people. One was getting a pedicure and they had them sitting in the water with no one doing anything for 30 minutes. One of us decided not to do our nails at all because we would have been here for another hour on top of the hour we waited. Also, for DIP powder they don't have a sample of colors. You literally have to pick from the containers of colors and you have no idea how the color will turn out because we all know the powder in the container does not look the same as when it is applied. All in all, This is not a "staffing" issue. This is a communication issue and they don't want to be honest to avoid people walking out. All in all, find another place to get your services done. read more

i had a appointment so they got me in fast and were nice and asked questions while doing the nails, however they didn't ask for the shape at all and forgot a lot of steps in acrylics i wasn't pleased with the shape at all it was very uneven and sharp around the outside edges they also didn't do the design i asked for and i ended up just having plain pink with no design. the price was unrealistic and was 55$!! they were rushing so much to get mine done so they ended up terrible. read more

I scheduled two pedicures for myself and my best friend at the same time. She ended up waiting 45 minutes before they started. The person working on me was also working on other people. She did the bare minimum and then I was finsihed 30 minutes before my friend and had to wait. They were way under staffed and wouldn't turn away any walk in so staff had to work on multiple people at a time. Walmart is way better. read more

Not clean... Flies all over, floors and nail stations were dirty. SUPER EXPENSIVE! In NY or LA you can get a mani/pedi anywhere between $17 - $25 but here it's $45 and the mani/pedi are rushed and the polishes are thinned down. I had to tell them to clean underneath nails for both mani/pedi. This should be common knowledge. Don't waste your hard earned money in this place. read more

The pedicure itself was a definite 5 star!!!! One of the best pedicures I have had. They got my calluses so well and the massage felt so good. Got all the bad skin off the top of my nails. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cleanliness. There were some flies and the floor wasn't that clean, but overall, I care more about the quality of my pedicure than the cleanliness aspect. I will be back! read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. The massage chairs were not of the greatest quality, but the least of our concerns. Because they were so busy, it appeared that they weren't sufficiently cleaning the tubs or the utensils they were using on their clients feet. It seemed incredibly unsanitary. I was recommended to Sheridan NAils by a family member, when I went the first time I got Micheal and the manicure was great. I have been back several times and the service has gotten worse. I always call for an appointment and when I get there I am told to come back later or come another day today was the last straw, I had an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure for 2;00 I walked in and was told to come back another day.If I was a walk in he would find the time for the person and after multiple times of going there the owner still calls me by a different name.I agree don't waste time or money. read more

Omg! When I enter a business one of the most important things that I look for is a smile and a friendly greeting. I have been in Sheridan one week and this place was recommended by a couple of people so I decided to get my nails done today. I walked in and there was a kind gentleman that seated me, but when it came to the gal Who is to do my nails, her extreme rudeness, no smile, no Eye contact, and the no response back when I said hello twice , immediately had me have a very unpleasant feeling about this person Who is going to be doing my nails. She came across as angry and put out. There was no way I was going to have someone like her touch my nails! I also immediately decided to leave. It's a shame that one person can ruin somebody's experience to the point where I will never set foot in Sheridan nails again! That gal needs to be taught how to make a customer feel welcome instead of made to feel like an inconvenience. read more
