Jenny is an amazing aesthetician who introduced me to microdermabrasion coupled with the Aveda products. My skeptical husband can genuinely tell the difference and encourages me to go see Jenny. Bonus! Jenny also preforms wax services. Top notch there too! Chancey is my hair stylist. I've been on this Earth for a bit seeing a few stylists because all my jobs involve travel. Chancey is a natural. Some stylists 'cut' hair. Chancey comes by her talent naturally. Ginger Salon has all the Aveda line of products for purchase too. The employees' children were barefoot, unkempt and sleeping/lounging on the ripped up couches in the entry. Both employees were barefoot! Filth all around and none of the furniture was in good shape. Tepid water in a dirty foot bath as I came for a mani/pedi. Tools did not to appear to be pre-sterilized. The cleanest thing there was the nail file that came out of a new package. I've never walked out of a business before but was genuinely concerned for my health and left after only having my toenails cleaned off and trimmed. Would have had better quality asking your teenage neice to do your nails at a slumber party as the girl hacked at my toenails with the clippers leaving them broken and jagged. I feel bad even leaving this review because the girl was so sweet but obviously untrained and it really is the fault of whoever owns this establishment for not implementing more sanitary conditions. Surprised this place exists on Main Street in such a cute clean little town and that health inspectors haven't shut it down.

I initially just had a single hair color done to even color and cover my grey hair. I've now evolved to three colors. And I LOVE them! Nancy suggested the best colors for my complexion. Without her confidence in what she recommended and the trust I have in her skills, I would still be doing just a single color and missing out on all the compliments I get. And, she uses Surface brand shampoos and conditioners that are guaranteed to be 100% organic, vegan and gluten free and are SOOO much better for your hair. I know for a fact that kids love her and are never fearful or distressed in her chair. My own grandsons enjoyed their hair cutting experiences. The youngest one had very fine, flyaway hair that is incredibly difficult to cut evenly without it looking choppy and uneven. Nancy cut it perfectly every time. I've blathered on long enough.
