Workers don't work as a team. Not asked the service I wanted other than "how may I help you". I had to tell the tech how to correct my nails that he didn't do a good job on my manicure. I had to ask him more than once for correction but he was patient. Can't really speak on the vibe since no other customer came in the hour I was being serviced. Walked in a little skeptical about their pricing for nude coffin nails with side white triangle. The lady quoted me $55-$60 and I just couldn't pay for something I could do myself,but I still needed my nails done so I just asked for single color coffin nails in shade 319. Love the completed look of my nails. Many people make the nail so thick but Mary did not. The color and shape looks super natural!!! Highly recommend asking for Ms. Mary. Let her know exactly what you want and ask if she can do before getting the service just to make sure you are not waisting your time! read more

This is the worst nail salon I've been to. Despite covid no one wears a mask or gloves. The ladies are coughing all over the place. I went in for a basic pedicure and came out with terribly painted polish and jagged cut toe nails. The level of unprofessional is not even worth a star. Here's the thing, this place use to be owned by different managers. Not sure WHAT happened, but I went in looking for Tammy, and I see a sign that says under new management. WORST nail job I've ever had! For starters, the customer service is not that great. The lady there tried to provide good service, but it was obvious that she was new and unskilled. She had to call in a guy to do my nails. When he got to me there was no greating whatsoever, he seemed bothered and like this was a task he did not want to complete. He nipped me twice and did not apologize. I saw blood, and "I" had to tell him to put alcohol on it- he didn't offer. He was slow as ever also! I gotta be at almost 1 p.m., I I left close to 3 o'clock for a full pink powder in tip set. He even had to use a metal piece to measure how to put the tip on. I needed to get my nails done before in event tonight, and and this place was closer to me than my usual spot. Unless things change, when you see this place RUN! read more

I was not impressed first of all it was burning up inside and there was not room to sit with only about 4 chairs. The price I was told was 30. 00 for a full set but there was now way I was going to stand in the heat just to have my nails done cheaper. Excellent service. I get my nails done and love them so much. The nail technician did my nail very quick, clean and comfortable. She's nice, spend your time with the kids if you have children. Satisfying is what i could say. This store is under new management since last year. read more

I had walked in to fix a broken nail and they fixed it no extra charge! The lady's there had just said its okay but I gave them a tip for good service. They work really fast and try to seat you as fast as possible. There may be some language barriers but showing a picture of what you want will get it done. They do powder, acrylic and gel. They are surprisingly cheap compared to other nail salons that my friends go to and definitely do a better job. They do charge extra for coffin but it's just three dollars and five dollars for any accents. They workers are very very friendly and will try to make a conversation with you. They have always complemented me when I went and I would highly recommend this place for new comers. read more

I went in for a pedi and asked for the most expensive one, because their suppose to make my feet soft by using that technique were they put that sheet over your heels and what not...well they did not even attempt to do anything to help my feet and ended up paying for the most expensive one which they only did the basic special, but charged me for the expensive one anyways. I'll never go there again. Waste of time and money. read more
