The pedicure was decent; that's the most positive I can say about my visit. I got a basic manicure just to clean up and left with my fingers butchered. The lady cut too deep into my cuticles; I had multiple fingers bleeding. My fingers were sore for a week; simple task like digging in my purse, rubbing up against any thing was painful.

I just left this nail salon and it was not a good experience. They rushed on my pedicure and nails. I requested almond shaped nails and a color similar to the one I had on my feet. I basically wanted it to match but I had shellac polish on my feet and powder on my nails. The nail tech seemed to get annoyed at the fact that I was asking for a service that I'm paying for. Just don't understand the lack of customer service at this place. The nail tech said my nails were too short to do an almond shape. What?? I've seen short almond shaped nails. Apparently, she just can't shape because my square shape is not square, just square-ish. They asked people to wash their hands when entering but the nail tech keep the same nasty gloves on with holes with different customers. My nails look awful! I'm sitting in my car upset in front of the nail salon doing this review. Please get it together, you all could have just told me to come back or you're not able to do what I requested instead of doing such a horrible job.

Absolutely love Le Monde! I've been coming to this salon for a little over a year now and I am always so happy with the service. This salon is literally an hour from where I live but it is completely worth it to get quality care every time! Not only are their services well worth it, they also don't kill you on the pricing. Went in to to get a pedicure on monday..the water wasn't even in the tub to soak my feet..before I knew it she was already working on semi dry feet..sad..and then won't give me fresh pair of the Lil shoes..want me to used some ones of some one else already used..sad.sad..the whole pedicure took 10 min..the drying of the polish took the longest..If u don't feel like working don't come..Her name is Wendy. read more

I stopped in without an appointment, my own fault. I was told the wait for a mani pedi was 10-15 min. I waited about 45 min for a pedicure. Then again after that was complete for a manicure. I dont mind waiting but could have run to the store while I waited if I had known the actual time it would take. I did appreciate they were honest about how weak my nails were and would only put short tips on. Everyone was friendly. read more

Been coming here for years! Love the location in spring, convenient for me. They do accept walks in. Expect a lil wait if u do because they get busy at times. BUT they will fit you in right away! the nails are cute but I had an appointment for 5pm and I got out of there 8 and only bc they had me waiting a whole hour and couple mins. they was attending customers who were jus coming in and they had me there a whole jus for soaking my nails. on top of that they charged me $120. jus for sum classy basic nails.‍ read more

I went to this salon because it was close by and I regret not reading the reviews. Horrible nails. The lady cut me and left them unshaped. The nails had no apex. I wish I had a picture but the second day one popped off and I ended up not having any nails by the 4th day. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also, noticed the license they have on the wall are all expired. read more

I went for a pedicure with Leann. They were ready for my appointment and I was seated promptly. They did not take my temperature or ask about covid exposure. The nail polish selection seemed old. The implements were not sealed in a package. She assured me they were clean. I was cut three times during my pedicure. When she finished, she just disappeared. After waiting for a while, I got up, paid and left. read more

Went for the second time hoping to get Kristina. I wasn't aware you need an appointment for her. Instead got a lady Wendy. She was working on a pedicure and started on my nails without washing her hands. Talk about gross. Yet they tell you to wash your hands. The irony . I hadn't realized it till she had already started. I was grossed out and upset of not noticing right away. She cut me on about three fingers. Literally filling my damn cuticles. Nails didn't last. When it was time to pay she added my tip to the total and left the tip part blank. That seemed odd. If it was a tip why not put it where the tip is on the receipt instead of to the total and leaving tip blank. Anyways. If you want your fingers cut ask for Wendy. She got you. She will make sure to get both hands read more

I had heard really good things about this place so I decided to check it out. The lady who started on my pedicure didn't even bother to ask what type of pedicure I would like she did the basic one. Aside from frequently getting up to go do other things constantly like talk on her phone or go eat in the kitchen the service wasn't done they way it was suppose to. She finishes with my pedicure and didn't even say a word just gets up and leaves to eat in the kitchen once more. I'm sitting there perplexed for 5-10 mins until I finally ask if she's done. The answer was yes. This lady did not inform me she was done, no foam slippers were placed on my feet either and on top of that she tipped herself 20 dollars knowing I left from there very upset. She told my friend to let me know her head was hurting and that was the reason she skipped some of the stuff on my service. If I had not checked my bank account this morning I would have never seen she STOLE 20 dollars from me. Not only was the service horrible but on top of that STEALING from a customer is a huge NO for me. read more

I have been going to this nail shop for 3 years now and I absolutely love it, before this I had been going to a nail shop since I was in the 8th grade a girl told me to try Christina out I did and I absolutely love her work. She does my nails just the way I like them every single time. My nails never break.... she free styles and has every color I can think of , the staff is very friendly to the point that I feel like family, it is a family owed business and Eve whine knows my name and speaks and makes me feel welcome every single time. now my whole team goes here. I get nails toes and brows done, I call and make an appointment for my nails but if I need a pedicure or polish change I'm always took in a timely manner and treated nice. They are the first nail shop that I know that takes zelle or debit or cash, everything is clean and sanitized I would highly give this nail shop 10 stars if I could read more

It's not often a nail tech takes her time to do your nails exactly how you want them. These are perfect !! I just had to take away one star because I got quite a few cuts in the process and it was pretty painful. I appreciate Wendy for being so nice and taking care of me. My stomach was rumbling because I was starving and she gave me a snack. She even held conversation with me. RARE. Now we just have to work on not cutting my skin so much and it'll be the best experience !! read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years and I really like it. Christina is by far the best nail tech. You will need an appointment if you want Christina to do your nails. She is so detailed and definitely takes pride in her work. I always make my appointment ahead of time if I have an event. She is super efficient and up to speed on all the latest trends. So when making an appointment make sure you let her know what you want so she can allow enough time to complete your request. You won't regret getting your nails done here. read more

I (black woman) just walked out of there 20 mins ago because I walked in at 120p, she told me to wash my hands and pick a color, i sat 10 mins then she said come get in the water. I sat there from 130-2p waiting on someone to come service my pedicure. A older white couple walked in, she had them come to the bowls, no washed hands or nothing, swept the floor and proceeded to start service on the lady feet after ive been there 30 mins...its bad enough that she started service on another client before me when i was there first but to add insult to injury, they were caucasian! Like both of our money isn't the same color! I wont be patronizing their business again! read more

I scheduled a appointment with Christina at 3pm today, and usually the appointments last an hour but she is so quick and efficient that she finished 20 minutes before the hour was over. she is amazing. the staff is really nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!!! 4/12/18- today was my second time coming to this salon and they are truly amazing and friendly. i came in for a refill and as soon as I walked through the doors they greeted me and started right away on my nails all within 3 minutes! i booked another appointment with christina and she is great at what she does. Worst nail shop EVER!!! Will not recommend! I live around the corner so I thought why not after seeing good reviews online (google). I sat down with an old tech that didn't know what she was doing. I still paid $20 for an unfinished job. The reason why I didn't let her finish is because she was hurting me and the nails were not shaped right. It was a little chaotic as there is no signage instructing where or how to sign in and some guests were standing around chatting with people getting serviced. I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer. She ended my visit with another smile and "I hope to see you next time". I am happy with my pedi so I will request Lilly for my next appt. I recommend this salon.

I don't mind paying that price when my nails come out great. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The technician (I believe his name was Steven, based on the name on the UV lamp) cut multiple fingers with the drill during the service. I left with sore cuticles and small cuts, which is disappointing. This made my time in the chair very uncomfortable. I believe clients should feel cared for during their service, especially at this price point.

I have been a client of this salon since 2010. I have thin and brittle nails. In 2010, I had spent months looking for a local salon and hadn't had any luck. The nails kept popping off. I went to Kristina in despair on a referral from a co-worker with beautiful nails. Kristina was able to work with me and I've been a success story ever since. She is the only nail tech I use. This is a family business. There is never drama and the workmanship is beyond compare. What I love the most is that Kristina always wears an expertly prepared manicure herself. The next thing I love is how thinly Kristina applies the product. Artificial nails have never looked so real. Whether a Mani or Pedi is what you seek, someone will provide what is needed. My experience at Le Monde has been amazing!!! I give it Kristina Does the best job, she is a extremely talented nail artist. Every time I show her a picture of nails that I want done she always makes them look 100 times better. The product they use is really good my nails never fall off or lift. But the best part of it all is I get compliments all the time on my nails, people are always stopping me and asking me where I get them done. I've been going to Le Monde Nails for about 4 years now. Kristina does my nails and SHE IS AWESOME. She's fast, particular about her work and the products she uses, and a pleasure to visit with during my appointments. In 4 years, I have never lost a nail or had one break, except for the time I caught my nail in the car door (ouch). Be sure to make an appointment because she's SUPER BUSY, but SO worth it.
