"Merari" was attentive, gentle and very careful with what was left of my nails and cuticles. My nails were ripped, painful, short and ugly. She took her time and gave me a beautiful set of tips with acrylic in the exact shape I wanted. She also spoke beautiful English and has a lovely authentic personality, so the experience was really fulfilling on so many levels. And it showed. None of my toes matched in shape and he barely got the callus or dead skin off my nails and feet. I asked him to go harder on the massage and he didn't change it at all and it was about a two minute massage per leg/foot. The two ladies that were in before me were still getting their massage done while he was doing my polish already. I didn't get the cheap pedicure but it sure felt like that's what he gave me. My manicure was also not great, had to ask another girl to take out the dirt under my nails after he was done. The shape of my nails also didn't match. Very disappointing. I got a gel pedicure and a manicure and I was out before an hour.. I'll be back but I won't have him do it.
