Also major pet peeve, when a technician uses their nail as a manicure tool to remove polish off my nail edges. Awful and unclean.

This was by far the best pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten and I've been to many salons. I love my pedicures and she massaged my calves and toes my husband had to pull me out of the salon. She has very strong hands and got quite a few knots out. She listened and did my fingernails exactly how I asked. Hillary and David love what they do and it shows in their interaction with the customers and the work they do.
