overpriced. do not listen to your concerns. I told my refular tech, "my nail is separaring from my nail bed,,, what can we do? I used Vietnamese translation so he knew exactly what I was talking about. nothing. you're ok. my nail completely separated from the nail bed. I'll show my ring finger nail... no nail. when I wenr to get the nails off, they charged me $10 to take off their crappy nails and $25 for a manicure. no sympathy. you are a dollar here. that's all. They have no care for long term customers. I over-tipped and still got treated like shit.

This is MY nail salon. Even though I moved to a different area, I will not stop going here. I have been to almost every nail tech here and every time I leave with exactly what I wanted. It is clean, organized, friendly and the receptionists are always so welcoming. A lot of the designs I have done were found on Pinterest and there are certain techs that are up for the challenge! My go to has been just different color French tips. You can book online, which is so easy. I love them!

I love 5th Nail Lounge - they are the best nail salon I have found yet in Sarasota. I try to get in with Sun , he's new ish there and has absolutely slayed my nails every time I have gone in. The vibe is fantastic, it usually feels like they have endless staff, i have never seen a salon with so many technicians. The last time I went I made a general appointment bc Sun wasn't available. I ended up waiting past my time and then receiving a very rushed job - that was dissapointing compared to the amazing service I usually receive. That one time wont keep me from going back bc they're still significantly better than any other place you'll find around here.

I actually normally endorse this nail haven but unfortunately, I have nail fungus and it was trying to be covered up after going here for 2+ years. BTW I am a trained fully licensed Cosmetologist. I LOVED this place but I only found this place after I already had issues with getting a fungus at another salon. When Ethan found fungus in which he's being doing my nails for the past couple years, he just kept covering it up. I stopped going and started to treat my nails. I don't recommend at all. Lack of trust and sanitation, completely frustrating.

If you are looking for a New Nail Salon or around the area i would definitely recommend coming to 5th Nail Lounge so huge friendly & clean!! This is my first time getting a pedicure with Kathy & the reviews DO NOT LIE! She does the best pedicures in Sarasota County! I had a hang nail on the big toe that was bothering me & it feels like I never had one after getting my feet done today! The nail salon is so friendly and CLEAN! Kathy is so so sweet & her massages are the best! 10/10!!! Wow I will definitely be back! They even have complimentary beverages! Xo

I just had the most AMAZING Golden Collagen Pedicure at 5th Nail Lounge in Sarasota! A leg & foot massage with warming collagen serum, followed by a gentle exfoliation with refreshing orange slices. That was just the beginning of this blissful experience. Kelly is a wonderful technician. Not only did my skin feel great but my toes are perfectly painted. Looking forward to my next visit!

My bridal party and I had a lovely experience at 5th Nail Lounge! My wedding planner recommended this salon and it was the best way to kick off wedding weekend. Kelly and her team were so professional, accommodating, and kind. They made sure our nails were perfect. My gel french manicure and pedicure lasted nicely. The salon is very clean and the complimentary drink is a nice touch. I highly recommend 5th Nail Lounge.

My new favorite full service nail salon. The people who work here go above and beyond to deliver excellent service, the shop is so clean and stylish. I highly recommend this fabulous place!!

5th nail lounge is your go to spot for consistency in quality and price. I personally go to Ethan for my builder gel nails and regular pedicure and he always exceeds expectations! The attention to detail is what makes him stand out! Also my nails always last 4-5 weeks. I had tried a few other nail salons before this one in Sarasota and none came close to comparing. Also 5th nail lounge prices are very competitive and reasonable. I cannot recommend this salon more! read more

From 1st step inside, staff and facility were very cold in all manner especially for representing what should be experienced as a clean, gentle and refreshing one's grooming activity (poor hygiene in building and tableside). The guy who did my nails made no eye contact, spoke zero English and did a very sloppy job. Never go into a new salon again without being wary. I was only new as a resident to FL. for 1 week but I'm a generous consumer, contributing to the local population and will look for a better experience somewhere else. read more

AVOID this place! They are awful! I went to 5th Nail Salon and had the worst experience ever. Ethan did a terrible job on my nails, and then, as if that wasn't bad enough, he started talking about me in Vietnamese with other employees, completely disrespecting me. To top it all off, he didn't even finish the service. Unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time--do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

Dua gave me a great pedicure and acrylics. She was also to create a "nail" on one of my toes with gel where it had fallen off. You'd never know. She's very sweet and talented. Also the facility is nice and feels clean. read more

Chose the $45 pedi and even discussed with tech when she asked if I wanted the $45 one. Added 20% tip and reviewed receipt after getting home. She charged me $47. Skin a little rough and over cut a couple cuticle places and was sore. read more

I had Paola and to be honest my experience wasn't the best. She was late which I understand but then she seemed rushed and was short with me. Because of her rushing, my cuticles were shredded up with 8/10 fingers bleeding and my French tip was sloppy on a few fingers. I was sitting in so much pain and just uncomfortable. For the price I would've expected way better of an experience. read more

Out of my 10 fingers, three were cut and bleeding during my manicure. Wow - that's a 30% failure rate! Manicurist kept saying "sorry." They should've paid me for that horrible service. Definitely never going back. read more

Kelly is the absolute best nail tech. I have been to so many other salons and nothing compares to this one. Everyone is so friendly, it's so clean and another huge plus is you can get a glass of wine during your service but seriously... I am in awe at how my nails came out. They look phenomenal. This is a lovely salon with soothing decor and a calm vibe! I usually just get their express pedicure; Kelly, Ethan, Ivy and Christina have all given me a wonderful express pedicure. But the last two times, the express pedicure was given by Ann and unfortunately, I cannot recommend her. Perhaps she needs more experience, but a word to the wise now. read more

I've been going to this location since they opened and they always do a wonderful job on my nails. Unfortunately they are very inconsistent with their pricing, I always pay something different each time I go even though I get the same thing done. And they will send you texts/calls reminding you about your appointment at 4:00 in the morning, when I told the staff about it they didn't apologize or seem like they cared at all. read more

Initially, we were quoted a specific hourly rate for her services of $210.00 We had no idea how expensive or how long the process would take but decided to go this route. After a few weeks of using her services, sometimes me and my husband were on the table 2-3 hours each time, it was time to pay. She informed us that her hourly rate is increased to $40 more. We discussed that she should have informed us about the rate increase when we made the appointment. She agreed to maintain the original price for the continuation of our procedure. We explained to her that the total cost of completing the necessary work would amount to approximately $10,000 - $15,000 which is a significant amount. We scheduled the next appointment, but she texted us to inform us that she decided that she would be charging her new rate of $250 per hour. Needless to say, I promptly deleted my initial 5-star review, which I had given her far too early in her work on us. We have since found a new facility that charges us half of what we were paying. Remember, electrolysis is a labor-intensive and expensive procedure. It's crucial to do your research before choosing a service provider.

I have followed my favorite nail tech, Ken, to this location. Ken is a perfectionist who can also tap into a well of creativity. Nothing stumps him, including complex nail designs. He works quickly without comprising quality. Ken is conscientious and precise. He is so sweet and will work patiently with you if you feel something isn't quite what you may want. You don't have to fear speaking up or asking a question. I am never disappointed. I have known many of the workers here for a long time at their previous location, and they all uphold the highest standard of professionalism and practice. I always have felt comfortable, welcomed, and acknowledged around these fine folks. The new shop is gorgeous and serene. I'm sure they will continue to beautify it. I've been getting my mani/pedi done here for the past few months. My pedicures are always amazing & the techs always do a great job! so relaxing! My manicures are very well done as well. I usually get gel acrylic on my nails, but the last salon i went to destroyed my nails. The techs at 5th Nail are so gentle with my natural nails and offered alot of advice in order to heal my nail bed. I decided to do gel manis to help protect my nails & they last for almost a month with minimal chipping. read more
