I used Vietnamese translation so he knew exactly what I was talking about. nothing. you're ok. my nail completely separated from the nail bed. From 1st step inside, staff and facility were very cold in all manner especially for representing what should be experienced as a clean, gentle and refreshing one's grooming activity (poor hygiene in building and tableside). The guy who did my nails made no eye contact, spoke zero English and did a very sloppy job. Never go into a new salon again without being wary. The vibe is fantastic, it usually feels like they have endless staff, i have never seen a salon with so many technicians. The last time I went I made a general appointment bc Sun wasn't available. I ended up waiting past my time and then receiving a very rushed job - that was dissapointing compared to the amazing service I usually receive. I actually normally endorse this nail haven but unfortunately, I have nail fungus and it was trying to be covered up after going here for 2+ years. BTW I am a trained fully licensed Cosmetologist. I LOVED this place but I only found this place after I already had issues with getting a fungus at another salon. When Ethan found fungus in which he's being doing my nails for the past couple years, he just kept covering it up. I stopped going and started to treat my nails. I don't recommend at all.
