I made appointments for my bridal party for the day before our wedding. They were very welcoming and got us in right away, however there were 3 people working for 10 of us. I expected to be there a while because of this but surprisingly we were done in a relatively short amount of time. I got a dip manicure and had 2 different people do it (one did my cuticles and a base coat and the other did the color and top coat). I've had the dip color many times from many different salons and it has always taken at least 20-30 minutes. This manicure took 10-15 minutes and was pretty sloppy, to the point that it hurt the skin surrounding my nail. There was too much polish put on and it seeped down into the sides of my nails, then hardened. I've had the polish on for 5 days and it has already started chipping off because the polish that was on my skin and cured has come off. The dip supposedly lasts over 2 weeks and I expected it to last at least half that time, but I'm going to have to take it off before I even get a week out of it. Most of my bridal party had a good experience, however they got regular or gel manicures or a pedicure. The girls who got a gel manicure did tell me they were less than impressed with their color selection. They were looking for a nude/gold color (something neutral), however they had very few and were out of the color one of them wanted. They recommended another color, which was a light pink when it cured, not the natural color she was looking for. I was extremely disappointed in my dip manicure because they advertise having many dip color options (which they do) and I have heard good things about their dip manicures, however the actual manicure was not impressive. If you're just looking for a quick regular manicure or pedicure, they'll do just that, but I would not recommend coming here if you want a good selection on gel colors or want to get a quality dip manicure. read more

I took my roommate here today for us to get pedicures and full sets based on the previous review. There was only one person working, Doug. He was very friendly and he alternated between my roomie and I so neither of us were waiting too long. He was great to talk to and gave us the deluxe pedicures and our colored tips instead of just the basic stuff we were coming in for. It was definitely an enjoyable experience. They have spa pedicure chairs, with the massage chairs. I would definitely recommend getting the deluxe pedicure instead of the basic! We were both very happy with our experience and will definitely be back every two weeks! read more

The only reason I ever go here is because they are super fast, but that's the service you get. Their supplies (gel top coat, nail polishes etc) are all very old. They cut a lot of corners here. If you get gel nails (rather than acrylic) they do not use the right gel top coat. They use gel color top coat which is not the same thing, thinking you won't notice. Makes a HUGE difference in the quality of your nails. The gel topcoat goes over your cuticles and pools down the side of your nails and you have to file it off afterward qhich makes it look even worse. Paint job is bad, they leave paint on your cuticles and on the sides...they just don't take pride in their work. Save your money and make an appt at Twins Nails or Top Line. It's worth it. read more

I was visiting Bloomington from Missouri and needed to get my nails done. After looking around on yelp I found this place and since it was close to my hotel and had a pretty good rating I decided to go there. They made me feel like a queen. I had a manicure and a deluxe pedicure and it was sheer heaven. They use these hot rocks to massage your legs when you get the deluxe pedicure and this wonderful smelling sugar scrub on your feet. I had a lovey lady taking care of my nails and a wonderfully nice gentleman pampering me with my pedicure. The staff was so nice and helpful and ensured that I was relaxed and left there with the most beautiful manicure and pedicure I have ever had. When I come back to visit Bloomington again I will certainly be going here again. Best manicure and pedicure I have EVER had. read more

I had such a good experience the first time I went here, that I brought my mother-in-law here to get gel manicures. The people were really nice, but my gel manicure was not well done. They were busy, but that's not really an excuse.:( The manicure wasn't done all the way to my cuticles. When I went home, my husband told me it looked like I needed to get them taken off already. A friend and I made appointments for pedicures. Our deluxe pedicures were done in less than 30 minutes and looked it. They were rushing to accommodate walk-ins. In fact, I was left sitting part way through so the tech could start on another client and was still done in under half an hour. My feet were more rough when I left than when I went in and my friend had more polish on her skin than on her nails. We won't be going back. read more

Myself and two friends came here to get pedicures. I was NOT impressed. We felt that they rushed through our service and did not take the time a normal pedicure demands. We get pedicures on a normal basis and know what it is to get a quality pedicure. We were in and out in less than 20 min, ALL THREE OF US. The nail polish from my own paint job wasn't even completely taken off. They were not exceptionally busy, only one other person was in the salon. We were expecting a time of pampering and that is not what we received. They still charged us full price which is even more ridiculous. We will not be coming back to this salon. I got a gel manicure and pedicure there. The pedicure was okay but the manicure was terrible!! I originally wanted just a regular manicure and she talked me into gel. However, she literally only painted my nails! She didn't push my cuticles back or remove any dead skin. She filed them and painted them. I could have done that at home and saved 25 dollars or whatever it was. It's been less than a week and it looks like I've had them on for a month because of how grown out they look. I went here for a pedicure as my normal salon was unable to get me in last minute. My pedicure felt very rushed and was less than 20 min long. I look forward to relaxing and a nice massage and did not get this. Massage was maybe 1 minute on each leg. My normal salon pedi is about 50 min with a nice long massage, hot stones, sea salt scrub all for $30. The polish job is sloppy with areas missed and clear demarcation of where the clear polish top coat was applied, which wasn't over all the polish. This was $28 for nail cut, quick callus removal and polish. Will not be returning. read more
