I just returned home from my appointment with Tiffany. This was my first time visiting this salon and I have to admit...it was a very positive experience. Tiffany works in the back room, it is quiet and relaxing, away from the main salon. I enjoyed great conversation and felt very confident in her abilities. Going to a new barber/salon when you're an out of towner is an unnerving experience, but Trish did a bang up job, charged a fair price, and gave me great info for things to do in town. And maybe most importantly, I didn't need an appointment three weeks out when I needed a haircut that day! read more

Husband went in for a haircut asked for a comb over ... idk what he got she made his hard part about a inch thick and his hair was just not cut properly. I am really trying to like Arrived, and am going back this week for a third chance there. There are two barbers in town who do much better jobs. One is not taking new clients. The other is larger, but booking there can take 2-3 weeks and they cater to more of a blue-collar hair style (slicked-back pomade hair with a full beard). Trish did a quality job, and I would visit her again. Jamie wasn't the same caliber in experience, or especially result. First visit I was with Trish. She's their owner, and struck me as a competent and passionate person. I was pretty hesitant when I heard she was their GM when they were 'the stache' She bought from the former owners and thankfully re-branded. I just couldn't tolerate their waxing booth behind a partition in the same room where 3-4 people are getting haircuts. Super weird to have someone getting their back waxed 10 feet away. They had a broken cheap motorcycle in the window which was just tacky as heck. 'The stache' was a good place to go if your style dictates a fedora and skinny tie. Arrived has cleaned their image up quite a bit, and now I wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen going in there. Trish did a good job, but I'd booked a haircut and beard trim and they didn't do the trim. I didn't remind them as I was pretty eager to get out when I'd heard their relationship to 'stache'. I figured I'd do it myself, or maybe try when I got the free neck trim. Second time in was about a week later. I came in to get the free neck trim between cuts that Trish had told me about, and to try and get that beard trim. Turns out this isn't a service. The neck trim was $5, which I was pretty disappointed by as the free neck between-cut service was a pretty attractive offering to me, and the reason I came back. I wasn't able to book with Trish again, I guess you have to call her to schedule each cut as they just took down their online booking option which feels pretty archaic in 2021. Jamie did the beard trim, and did a very poor job. I had to fix up my neck line at home after, which was off by a full inch from one side to the other. She was remarkably quick, which wasn't appreciated given the quality of the cut. I am going to try to book with Trish again, but wouldn't try her other staff. They're just not as invested as she is, and with Jamie's stated experience on their site I wouldn't expect a better result. read more

Used the online appointment feature and thought this place was going to be amazing. When I arrived they really didn't know who I was, or why my I was there even when I said I have a confirmed appointment. I was greeted warmly enough, so that really didn't make or break the experience. Throughout the session there were continuous updates, trims, and corrections which was kind of troubling since this was $30+ I was spending. When I got home I had to correct the beard blend, eliminate the remaining hairs which aren't cut properly, and fix the line around the ears. It's not uncommon for folks not to understand how beards blend, or to even get all the hairs cut correctly (shaving a head is pretty tricky imo) so I give my initial rating a 3 do to the niceness and sub par work. My next appointment there I hope that all of the "kinks" are worked out, and I have less correcting to do. read more

Great place! Got a beard trim and back wax. Trisha did an awesome job with both. Next time I'm going to do a full day here and get my feet and hands done. The inside has a great style that's warm and homey not stark and modern like most salons. One improvement is the waxing area needs to be a little more private. read more

This is a refreshing change from the commercialized, cold, salons you find in town. Trish takes great care in what she does and always gives me exactly what I was looking for. I went today and was warmly welcomed by the staff. I scheduled a pedicure and got a full tour and history of the building while they were setting up. I immediately felt comfortable as a guy going to get a pedicure. Great masculine decor and friendly staff. I will definitely be back. The Stashe is an awesome place that is stylish, friendly and gives great haircuts. Their online scheduling system is a great option and works well. Tami and Trish were in today and both were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I received an awesome haircut at an affordable price. Came here a few days ago and left with a one star haircut from Trisha and contacted the owner who was very pleasant and willing to take a look at the cut. Trisha paid little attention to detail and the unevenness of the cut was unacceptable. The owner was even shocked at how poorly executed the cut was and fixed it for me. The Stashe advertises themselves as a place to get a premier coiffure but if a stylist couldn't do a basic fade or blend AT A BARBER SHOP, then you might be better off going to Great Clips. Definitely recommend if you want a cheap amateur haircut! 5 stars however for the good job the owner did at fixing Trisha's mistake and her empathy! read more
