This is a very nice, clean nail salon staffed by friendly people. I had a reservation and Carol took her time on my deluxe pedicure even though they got busy. Very nice mint scrub, mud mask, and lotion. My pandemic feet got the love they deserved. I feel that this salon did a great job with health precautions. Lots of distancing, everybody in masks, hand sanitizer, barriers, etc. And they use those plastic tub liners so I feel good knowing I'm not marinating in someone else's mold. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and opted for gel polish on my toes and a light pink polish on my nails. At first, everything looked great and I even left a $20 tip on an $83 service because I was initially satisfied. Unfortunately, within an hour, the polish on my fingernails began to chip. After taking a bath that evening, the polish continued to peel off significantly. By the next day, it looked so bad that I returned to the salon to see if they could fix it. Instead of being met with understanding, I was told the issue was my fault--that the oil and water on my nails prevented the polish from adhering properly. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable and dismissive. What added insult to injury was being charged again--$25 more (with a $5 discount), despite already tipping generously for a service that didn't hold up for even 24 hours. As a black woman giving this place my money for 2 years I walk in and told them the nail polish was off my two and the 8 workers hounded me to know who was the one that did my pedicure. When I come in I usually just get the first available. They continued to question me and got an attitude because I didn't know who it was. Be aware if you decide on gel nails do not allow them to use that electric tool to remove the old gel. It weakens your nails causing them to break. My once beautiful strong nails are now ruined because of them. This is only 2 weeks after getting them done. read more

I live up the street from here but usually frequent another salon, I came here because my only availability was a Sunday and they are open on Sundays. Nowadays getting your nails done it's pricey after Covid so to spend $50 ($40 plus tip) On dip nails to have them chipping off in less than a week is unacceptable. I get dip nails all the time and they always last me a minimum of three weeks. If I didn't have such a busy work schedule I would've went in and had them fix it but I really didn't have time for that so I'm walking around with $50 jacked up nails for the next two weeks until I can get to hi Tech nails which is much better. Not to mention the $30 pedicure that they spent 10 minutes on and jacked up the nail polish on. Won't be back here read more

This was the relaxation and self care I needed after 3 months of quarantine! Leng and the rest of Nail Xpert staff are so polite and professional! Their facility was clean, organized and safe. The salon has the COVIR certification and they took all social distancing and masks on seriously. I felt at ease being there. My friend and I made appointments here for a pedicure on a friday afternoon in the summer- so it was obviously a little crowded. However, we signed in, picked our colors, and were taken back to the chairs pretty quickly. The salon was clean, bright, and relaxing- it was pretty quiet but they also had signs up saying no yelling. The pedicure itself was good although I felt like they were trying to push up to get an upgraded pedicure and do a manicure as well. They also have a rewards card system, but I believe you have to pay cash for it to count. I liked this place, but it is a little out of the way for me so I don't think it will become my go-to pedicure spot. read more

The salon is super clean and modern n. The pedicure chairs have a charger for your cell phone and they offer you bottled water after. The girls are friendly, they honor appointments and they have a ton of colors both gel and dip powder. They have different levels of pedicures so you can choose what fits you best, from just a color to a full stone pedicure. The thing I like best about this salon is it doesn't matter if you come in first thing in the morning or late at night they will treat you with the same curtesy and make sure you leave there with your nails looking perfect. When you call to schedule an apt with a specific nail tech, they tell you that they aren't there, and proceed to hang up on you. Very rude staff. The last time I got my nails done here, they broke 2 days later and when I called to get it fixed, they told me they don't replace broken nails on refills and I would have to come in and pay to get them fixed when I had just spent $60 to get them done. I went here recently for a bikini wax; they used bad wax that burned then quickly dried on my skin...twice. it was so bad the employee (who was very sweet & apologetic) had to CUT THE WAX off with scissors on my bikini line & I was terrified.
