This is my go to nail salon. The ladies are always friendly and efficient. It's always a pleasant visit. Call ahead for an appt.

They were nice enough, but it's my fault for not checking prices beforehand. $60 for a gel pedicure! And it was a basic pedicure nothing fancy added. Had a great experience going to Happy Nails for the first time today. My technician was Somi (hoping I spelled that correctly). She corrected a really bad gel refill that I had had a week prior. It is a comfortable and tranquil salon, very clean with a friendly and professional staff. LED lights are used instead of UV. Highly recommended. read more

This was my first time going to this place because I got a gift card and was excited to use it. I have gotten acrylic nails numerous times and this was by far the worst experience for the highest price. I got to the salon an hour and a half prior to the time I needed to leave thinking it would be long enough. The first frustration started when I asked for a coffin shape and they way she cut the fake nail did not look like I was expecting so I asked if we could just take those off and glue new ones and just keep them the original shape. She told me no because she would have to re do a whole hand so I left it and said it was fine. I could have lived with the wrong shape if that was the only issue but they also all ended up being different shapes. After this she put a product on prior to the acrylic powder that was burning the skin around my nails and when I brought it to her attention I was told it's fine. The next issue happened when I put my nails under the UV light to dry the acrylic and it burned so bad I pulled my hand out and told her I had never experienced that much pain when getting my nails done . She responded by telling me "it's fine just put your hand in and out in and out to take breaks". At this point I was frustrated with everything and it had all taken too long I told her I needed to skip the polish to get to work. I was then told it would be $70 and when I brought up I didn't have time to polish I was told it does not change the price because some people just choose no polish and had to pay the $70. This is the most I have ever been charged even when I have gotten a good full set of acrylics. I will most definitely not be going back after the pain and price that followed read more

I went here last night for the first time. As soon as I walked in I was happily greeted by Woo who is super friendly! The shop is cute, clean and they have a great service. Kerry did my manicure and pedicure and was great! I've tried many different salons in the Medford area throughout the last few months and I've always left unsatisfied. Went a few weeks ago for a pedicure, wax, and dip. I was very happy with the pedicure and wax. Things went south when I was getting the dip. The first problem is they had only one color wheel. I picked a pale pink and it went on clear. So clear I could see my nail bed. I then compared my nails to the color on the wheel and the nail tech said it was the same color. It was not even close. She then said she would darken it. She used a hot pink! Not the subtle soft shade I asked for at all. Instead of giving me a break on the price of the dip, they charged full price - a whooping $40 for the dip! The manicure lasted only days before it chipped. I paid $40 for a color I didn't like that lasted only a few days. Never again! Good pedicures and bad dips. read more

My daughter and I had awesome pedicures and manicures here tonight!!! We are thrilled with our nails and loved the foot and leg massage with the hot stones. I went back to salon after a year due to Covid. The salon looked clean as usual. The staff was friendly as always. However I was disappointed when I went to pay as I always do with a credit card. They were charging a 5% fee to use my card. This was on the heels of raising the charges for service. I feel a double whammy. Will be looking elsewhere for services!! read more

John did a fantastic job, and the manicure was easily the best I've ever had. He fixed every tiny mistake, and even when I messed up my own toenail before I left, he noticed and fixed it. Very nice place and nice ladies but don't expect more than your simple manicure and pedicure. I came here because I needed my nails done and the salon I went to previous is closed on Monday's. So I came in and was greeted wonderfully at the front desk and asked for a refill and two broken nails fixed. Now my nails are medium to long length and coffin shaped. Shaping is just not there thing. The coffin shape was more so round and my nails had bumps in them. I asked if she can shape them more but after she did that I could tell it was as good as it was going to get. She asked if I wanted any designs but I opted not to do so. I used to go here often over the years. It was clean and the people were great. Then they started getting some new workers and I'm not sure, but maybe new management and they got awful. I kept giving them another chance because usually they were so great and affordable and I just thought every place has their off days. But it just got ridiculous. My sister and Mom agreed with me that their business has been getting shitty. They'd have us waiting forever and just acted like we weren't there. They didn't used to be like that. They had one new young girl at the counter who obviously had no idea what she was doing. They also hired one girl who said some extremely ignorant things. Idk if she still works there, I didn't see her the last 2 times I was there. I don't think she was a bad person but she was clearly ignorant and had a big mouth. I couldn't believe some of the stuff that came out of her mouth. Like shut up and do my nails. I'm not paying you to hear about your unwarranted political opinions. Also, their pedicures became rushed and did not feel nearly as good as they used to. Then what really topped it off was when I went in to get my eyebrows waxed the other day. I don't think I ever had that girl before. She coughed straight in my face 3 times. Didn't turn her head, didn't use her shoulder to cover her mouth. I was in complete shock. Who does that!? I've been going here for the better part of a decade. The negative reviews are very strange to me. Happy Nails is clean and accommodating. They use liners in the tubs and brand new or sterilized tools. They provide a hot stone massage with their basic pedicure, which I have never received (or have had to pay extra for) at other salons in the areas. The owner, Woo, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Yes sometimes, in order to accommodate both appointments and walk in clients, someone will start your service and then switch off when another employee is available. Personally, I've never seen this as a big deal. I've always been well taken care of at Happy Nails. I have tried many other salons in the Marlton/Medford area and always regretted it. read more

The worst!!!! This place used to be great, but it has gone down hill terribly!!! First, I went in for a spa pedicure. It was no spa at all. I sat for 30 minutes and they wouldn't let me soak my feet while I waited, and I had an appointment!! Then they wanted me to put my feet in cold water. The girl who was doing my nails, started filing my nails dry and burned me on 2 toes. It was awful. She seemed to have little idea on how to massage legs and feet. So essentially I paid $55 for something my 10 year old could do better. To top it off, Woo double ran my credit card and NEVER apologized. Held $100 at my bank for 10 days and she tried to tell me over and over that she didn't do it when her credit card company told me she did. I'm new to the area so I tried out this salon. The girl started my nails and half way through left to go do another customer that had just walked in. I was left sitting for 40 minutes until someone else could finish me. I couldn't leave half done so I was just stuck there waiting. Will not be returning. read more
