His report was comprehensive, precise, easily understandable, as well as easily transferable to/for our post inspection negotiations. We gained, in closing costs alone, much more than we paid for the inspection. Furthermore, and while i will never be foolish enough to verify this statement, i am certain we saved exponentially more than we would have in choosing another inspector. Finally, the thing we enjoyed and appreciated the most about Brad and EAHI is that, in the days and weeks after the inspection report (81 page home report and 22 page pool report), he continued to make himself available daily to myself and my agent as, through our continued home purchase negotiations, we continue to berate him with further questions and requests. Starting with our move in, there were glaring issues that should have been noted. After months we've just gotten more frustrated with things that were missed. When we sold our home the inspector was comprehensive, he checked everything. My expectation is Sean would have done the same but that was just not the case. Major issues were a whole room that had no electric at the outlets, water shutoff outside was inaccessible, and a check of the underneath was just a peek - there were literally plumbing pipes disconnected.
