I knew it was time to get my hair done. Other than highlights and a cut, I wasn't 100% sure on the color or style. Ashley asked questions, explained the color options, and made suggestions. Her explanations of color, as it pertains to my hair, made a lot of sense. It was information that had previously never been explained to me. Ashley's knowledge and expertise equaled a result I am happy with. I feel like she really listened to my input. It should also be noted that conversation flowed pretty easily during my visit.
