Highly recommend Mercedes! This was my second time going to her and I was again highly impressed. My first shellac manicure lasted 6 weeks (minus one chip, which she repaired for free) and my second one is going strong. If you are looking for a fancy salon that puts more effort into ambiance than the quality of their work, this salon is not for you. However, if you are looking for a high quality manicure, reasonable prices, and staff who care about their work, I would highly recommend. read more

Amazing customer service. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. They were all so welcoming and nice. The best part was that they all made sure I was happy with how everything was going. At times, I pointed out the polish and they genuinely tried to please me. At other places, there can be a lot of attitude when telling them to make changes, but they were so friendly here. So happy with my mani and pedi. I will definitely be coming back. The color choices were amazing too. So many colors to choose from! I wouldn't go back. I had a young girl I think her name was Shantee or something like that. She introduced SNS nails to me I had never heard of it before. I decided to give it a try. She also told me she was having issues with another customer complaining about the application she did for her. She said that the lady complained about them being thick and miss shaped....well guess what mine are horrible. when I got home and looked at them they are lumpy miss shaped and looked like a beginner did them. I'm so frustrated I called left a message and never heard back so I think I'm just going to call it a loss and let people know not to wast your money. Its worth the drive to go somewhere else! I will never go back! I went on a Friday and got the SNS dip powder. By Saturday at lunchtime one of my nail had already came off and ALL of them were cracked right down the middle. I called to tell them and they had me come back in Saturday night to get them fixed. She told me that with SNS sometimes they crack like glass. I have been getting SNS for over a year at a different salon and have never had this issue. She fixed them but you could still see the cracks in some of them because she just filed them down a little to take the finish off and re dipped them. Its now Monday and TWO nails have came off and I have 3 others that are cracked down the middle. Don't waist your time or money here! read more

DO NOT GO THERE! I took my daughter there to get her first set of acrylics and they did a horrible job! I asked what was under the acrylics and they said old nail polish...what! They barely took off the polish and if she had any dirt under her real nails it was definitely still there! I just hope she doesn't get an infection!! Oh and the acrylics looked like crap and not finished!!!! read more

My best stop yet. I got original set at another place and I was very disappointed by the look. One hand was noticely longer than the other. My girl Tara made them look uniformed and very stylish and extremely pretty. Got there bout 40 mins before closing and I did not feel any rush. They even give u a "discount" card. Honestly, I should have just walked out as soon as I saw the inside of this place. It was just god awful from the ambiance to the service. I requested a basic pedicure ($25) and was charged $50 for a pedicure?!? No massage. Just some lotion and some polish. The "chairs" aren't the typical pedicure chairs. They look like a regular chair you'd have in your house with cloth material and the massage chair is so awkward and just not pleasant. It's loud and bumpy and doesn't move, just pulsates on your butt or mid back. The nail shape is so uneven that the middle of the nail is shorter than the edges... how does that happen?! And the paint job looks like a kid did it. Half of two of my nails aren't even painted and then some other toes have paint on my skin. I just don't understand how this place is open for business. Such a joke and such a waste of my hard earned money. I tried to contact them with no response... needless to say, I will be disputing! read more

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty which concerned me a little but still figured I would try the place out since I haven't been too happy with my regular place lately. Me and my two young daughters wanted our nails done. I chose SNS and love it!! They look amazing!! I've had SNS before but they've never looked this good!! Thank you Tara!!!
