The only rating goes to the excellent tutor whom really gives good instruction, guidance, however the actual school of beauty management requires customer service training.........,
As long as you have no emergency and don't call in with an enquiry of any kind you should be fine, otherwise be warned you will be in for the shock of your life time.
In my extremely bad experience ..... I at 4am on the third day in had to go to hospital and into emergency treatment which I pushed forward as I felt an urgency to get back to continuing with the course, I was able to the following day, my mistake unbelievably was telling my brother to call head office/ bookings to let them know, little did I know this was going to be a detrimental mistake on my part, The manager Wendy was so rude offering no further option for completion, barking the whole time that a refund would not be given though my brother never once asked for one and then going onto first putting down the phone several times whilst he merely attempt to get to the bottom of how I was expected to proceed and resolve negotiations - when she finally answer she only did so to name call, I was shocked at how immature and rude she was, I didn't for one minute believe I could possibly be listening into a call from a woman capable of managing multiple beauty courses around London.
I have honestly never heard anyone so foul mouthed and disgusting and couldn't believe her lack of empathy for unavoidable emergency circumstances....No further options were offered, for me to catch up which I dreaded but half excepted as it was a one week intensive course teaching you a lot of different skills but I decided it would be worthy of my time to go in and complete the course without the hope of a certificate in the end, to my horror when I returned the following day still very much in pain and in a lot of discomfort, I returned to be told that I've been kicked off the course because my brother was rude, my brother was not rude, I will be updating UTube with a full recording of the managers bad behaviour in the form of an audio under the tittle - Nail and beauty academy nightmare - Worst beauty school to attend & why.
It appears I was kicked off the course because my brother rightly challenged her lack of good business ethic.
My advice is research your online beauty course you can check whether it is a legally operating company via google.
Although the nail and beauty academy claims this is a long standing business operating since 1985 on the website and as a registered company it has only actually been operating for the last 2years and their company is filed as a dormant company which I think shows a lack of ethics in itself.
If you dare to enquire about anything once you have paid for the course you will meet extremely rude, unprofessional immoral insults throw and bad behaviour from manager Wendy who I can only assume is a liar as she claimed to be a barrister which I seriously doubt, I thought barristers needed reasonable iq level
Wendy if that was her name was a money orientated unethical awful crude vague chav with no common sense.
The course is as cheap as the people running it, so by any means go ahead and book it but i would plead with you to rethink booking with this company because you just don't know when an emergency may strike and you should be able to enquire about anything without having your head bitten off.
since me writing the bad reV eiw the chav's and thugs running this place have called me up to make threats against my family and Myself as they have all my details due to me filling in a form with address and home phone number details, I have been bombarded with insulting phone call, with threats to my safety as well as threats to photoshop my Facebook pictures into vague sexual images of me & my brother. Sick People!!!!
I am unfortunately being forced to take this matter further, as I can't risk a threat on my family. I will be making a complaint to the police.
I stand by my decision to bring public awareness to this awful criminal company. read more
