I attended this salon one Sunday afternoon after church. I needed a polish change for my feet. I sat in the chair and as she started removing my existing polish, I asked her to readjust the back of my seat. It was straight up and I felt like I was going to topple over. I just wanted to lean back a little. She said "no massage, you no pay for massage". I reiterated that I didn't want a massage - just to lean back a bit. She finally understood me, but only adjusted the seat a tiny, tiny bit. The woman just didn't seem very friendly and because of that I likely won't be returning. read more

First, while I was sitting down getting my toes done, a baby cockroach crawled right up my chair. When I pointed it out, the nail technician just apologized and went right on about her day like it was no big deal. A roach infestation in a salon is completely unacceptable and unsafe.On top of the terrible hygiene, the service was awful. I explicitly told the lady I wanted regular white polish on my toes because I had an upcoming photoshoot. She became very aggressive, kept insisting she do something else instead, and ignored what I asked for. She ended up putting chrome on my toes against my wishes.When I had to go back to get it fixed, she actually tried to charge me again for her own mistake. I came in today for a mani pedi and had the pleasure of being serviced by Nina! She was phenomenal. She took time and made sure she got the pedicure right. Her massage alone was worth $50. She without me asking got my ingrown nails which I absolutely loved. I hate when you have to ask for them to get ingrowns. She was pleasant and smiled a lot. 10/10 do recommend. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before coming here! The salon is pretty but the work is not. I kept asking for adjustments to the 3 grade polish job and she even cut one my fingers during the manicure. She said she's been doing nails for 20 years but it seems like it was her first time. She was very nice but just not good at the job. The pedicure was also terrible she barely touch above my ankle and for the same #5 as the girl who was next to me I was finished well before her and she was there 15 minutes before me. Omg. Why did I go here? You know you're going to have a bad experience when they send you to the guy all the way in the back. He actually did a somewhat average job on my nails, but the polish is so thick and clumpy you can't tell. I noticed the gel polish had bubbles in it minutes after I left. I went back told the owner that my polish was too thick and had bubbles. She reapplied the clear and removed the bubbles. Now this thick polish is peeling off. Horrible. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. This is one of those salons that cares nothing about customers or nails, just money. My eyebrows turned out nice, but my skin broke out. I went here to get me and my two daughters a pedicure. They made a big deal over charging me two extra dollars for my ten year old saying she didn't qualify for a child pedicure. The worst part was when a male employee stood to his feet and began to talk to me in an aggressive tone and show me that my daughter is taller than him. Now what you are not about to do is discriminate against my child because of her height. Her father is 6"8 and I have no reason to lie for two dollars when I was about to spend 180. The other lady in the front with red hair was rude and rolling her eyes. I received a shellac polish Friday afternoon at this business. I returned today (Monday) as soon as they opened. Most of my nails are breaking. I've always been told I have strong, natural nails, including the nail tech who polished my nails on Friday. So you could imagine my shock when in just a couple of days, almost all of my nails are breaking. When I explained my concerns about my nails & attempted to show the 1st person my nails, I was told that the person who did them would be back tomorrow. I explained that I was concerned that my nails would be further damaged if the polish remained and just wanted it off. He said they could take it off and fix my broken nails. I said ok, that is fine, but I also would like a refund because it's only been two days & both hands are damaged. That is when his demeanor changed,he got loud, told me I couldn't get a refund; only fixed. At this point, my demeanor changed and I told him that wasn't fair because I've worn shellac in the past, including having previously having my nails done there and this has NEVER happened so it had to be something they used that was different. At this point, a woman comes and tells me that it's because my nails are long & that the polish can break them. My counter is that the polish is two days old, and I have strong nails which you all have commented on. And if it was about length, why are the shorter nails breaking as well? She didn't even look at my hands. I was told that the owner was not in (though the owner showed up before I left) and I was told they could go ahead and remove the polish. They removed it and put glue on the broken nails. I am still trying to get the remainder of the polish off my nails. As upset as I am about my nails, I am even more disappointed. I honestly thought that by going in and showing them my nails, they would have cared, apologized, given me my money back and attempted to keep me as a customer. I came in less than a week ago and received a pedicure with jewels on my toe. One of them already came off. I came back in today 10.26.22 to simply have the jewel put back on. Tom was SUPER RUDE without even looking at the toe. Asked for receipt EVEN with the young lady standing there that had just did it. BUYER BEWARE!!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried this place on a few different occasions. With acrylic, gel, dip. Pedis. The gel polish will peel off in a day or they apply the polish thick because the products they use are old. They do not sanitize any of their tools. They will file your nails with an old over used file. They charge extra to "shape" your nails. If you get SNS it's usually incredibly thick and poorly filed. Just go to the nail place next to Publix right across the street. Save your money. read more

Absolute worst salon. I was treated like it was a problem for me to be there. The whole service was rushed. 20 minute pedicure that left behind old nail polish and no massage even though it indicates that a massage is included. Then I was given a nail file to take off my own sns while getting my pedicure. Then I moved over to the station to get a manicure and he started to paint my nails without washing my hands after soaking off dna and removing it myself with said nail file. Was supposed to be getting a manicure and instead he started polishing and I asked if I should wash my hands first. Then he had me switch hands in the uv light every 20 seconds, which doesn't allow for proper nail polish curing time. I have a professional cosmetology degree btw and know what I'm talking about. I w as charged $70 for both a polish change and 20 min pedicure. I will never be going back here and I will be sure to tell everyone in the area to boycott this place as well. I would give it zero stars but yelp is generous. The worst service and nails ever. I broke a nail and the easiest thing is to fix the nail and make it match. The lady(older) continues to give an attitude when i told her the nails didn't match. She added more and more acrylic and then the she tried to hurriedly put on my polish so i couldn't see the shape. As you can see in the pictures the THICKNESS and SHAPE are COMPLETELY different. She then got the rest of her compadres to say "people have different ways of shaping" oh please. Terrible. Awful. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. These are the words that come to mind after my experience at BJs Nail Spa last week. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I told the tech that I have been working hard to grow my eyebrows out and just wanted them cleaned up. When she was done, one of my eyebrows was about 1/2 the size of the other and they were totally different shapes. I brought the issue to her attention and she acted like she didn't understand, then she told me "it's just how you face shape. Not eyebrows. It's face." I told her to get the manager. Another woman came into the room and began to approach me with tweezers. I asked her what she was doing. Tweezers would not solve the issue of one of my eyebrows looking like what I had requested and the other one being mishaped and almost non-existent. She told me, "Its you face. Not eyebrow." I looked at her and calmly told her that was offensive and unacceptable. She began yelling at me in Korean and one of her colleagues was standing in front of her trying to calm her down. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!! DONT GO!!!!! Me and my best friend went for full set. We were waiting for about 30 min, my best friend was seated in 15 and I was waiting for someone to become available. Don't believe any positive reviews! !! They had to set those up because they have to be the most terrible nail salon in the world! Service is terrible the owner is just as worst as the employees. They treated me so bad and said that I could not get a refund even if they do take off all my polish. If they mess up on your nails you have to pay to get the corrections made. I went in for a mani-pedi and specifically told the lady doing my pedicure 'I want the regular pedicure.' When it came time to pay she quoted an amount more expensive than what I requested.
