I waited 40 minutes and then the lady that did my nails was rushing the entire time because she wanted to get out of there for the night. Ended up with uneven lengths and bumpy nails. She didn't even put another coat on after I asked her to because the color was so light you could literally see the tips through it. Anyways, obviously could have been an off night, but it was my first and last time there!

My fiancé was cut multiple times and the tech servicing him was laughing at the fact his foot was burning due to the cut she did to him- I could see the blood from when she cut him. He ended up not even getting the clear coat polish because of how bad it burned from the alcohol and drilling to put the gel clear coat as well as when his toes were being cut she didn't ask how he wanted them done just cut them in the more ugly shape possible! As far as my toes, last time I came was for my baby shower in July, and my toes were Ok definitely better than how they look now. I always get French tip on my big toes and full polish on the rest- I got an acrylic overlay one my left foot due to my toe nail being the length it was supposed to be for my French tips to look right- my right foot toe nail broke so I tip was placed on it- I go in today and tell the guy when I sit down I needed acrylic on my toes- a tip on my right foot because the last tip broke off with all the acrylic and my nail was still too short. The guy doing my nails had started doing a French tip on my right big toe knowing that shit didn't look right (because my toe nails were 2 different lengths) my left toe had out grown acrylic on it- it wasn't taken off he just filed it all the way down trying to match it to my fucked up right toe! A lady came over & ended up putting top coat and sprinkling the acrylic powder on the top coat, my French tip doesn't look right AT ALL! one nail longer than the other, I always pay and tip- I got charged $130 - now ik I would have paid more but I'm sure they could tell me and my fiancé were not happy with our feet.. I guess I'll be finding somewhere else to go. I planned on spending $150+ in here for a great service even the $130 to me was still much for the quality of my fiancé and I feet I believe better staff need to be hired as well some of these people cannot do nails/feet! And it's sad because people spend the hard working $ here and get a shit service!

I canceled my two week appointment and instead of her apologizing she said "yes cancel if you can not afford!" That was laughable to me. My advice is get service total BEFORE they do any work on you. I got my nails done on Friday, March 20th, and by Thursday, March 26th, three nails had already popped off. I spent over $120, and when I reached out, I was told it would cost $50 to fix them which is honestly unacceptable. A quality set shouldn't be lifting, let alone fully coming off, in less than a week. I've been coming to this salon for years, but the quality has really gone downhill. At this point, there are only about two nail techs that do quality work T and Jesse. The rest of the staff seems rushed, the work lacks care and proper placement, and the customer service has become extremely disappointing. Everything was fine until more and more people kept coming in and they start slacking and forgetting who was already being served. Tina came in late I was already mad after the third hour of still being there and not getting my nails done. She did my nails but kept stopping so she could attend to others and it was making me more mad. All together we were there over 4 hours. Another client was the same situation. She gave her a better discount and let her leave because she personally knew her. She took $10 off because of her lacking and still charged me $219 for a male mani and pedicure and my pedicure with gel and my real nails getting done. She did not give me a decent discount and I will never be back. I have been to other establishments around and paid way less and had better experience. I use to really like this place because of Nina. But I'm sorry Tina can't run a business
