If you do not value your time and are ok with rudeness, then go here. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment and the wait was still another 20 minutes! I even called in advance to see if they were on time as they have been super late before. I was told they were running on time so I arrived for my appointment on time. They were not on time. I'm not sure how I feel about this place~ I called when they opened asking if they had availability for a pedicure~ yes come on in at 2:30 and what is your name? Gave my name then came in for appointed time~ he didn't even write down my name. While I waited 30 minutes with my feet in the water to get my pedicure the phone rang several times with the same man answering asking for name while giving a time and again~ not writing names down. The place was busy with 4 nail techs working. People who come here often even had to wait 20+ minutes for their appts. If you aren't going to honor a time~ don't give them a time. My pedicure was rushed because one of her regulars was waiting. I got a very basic trim, polish removed and polish in the span of 15 minutes. Sorry I came in for a damn leg / foot massage as well as the pedicure and didn't get it. The polish looks good and she did get out a few problem areas from the nails but that is all I can say positive. read more

They where very busy but not as staffed as they probably needed. The man that did my nails was patient and helped me find the right color, but rushed thought the job. He did not provide and cuticle care and only dashed on moisturizer at the end. He obviously has years of experience because the shape work was a breeze. The edges of my nails are a little messy but over all well done. YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I called at noon and was booked for 3:30 while inside the man doing my nails took about 5 phone called and spoke with 6 or more customers informing them all they were booked for the day and couldn't take anymore walk-ins. It was $60 after tip so I'd say they are modestly price. The place is pretty messy but staff are friendly. read more

Very dirty nail salon!!! There is built up crust on the floor around the pedicure chairs. All chairs are dirty and covered in nail polish. Inside the pedicure bowl there is some kind of yellow build up around the water mover. Tools were not taken out of a package so I assume they were not autoclaved, they were just taken out of a basket. If your looking for a foot fungus then this is the place to get one. Looks like it hasn't been mopped in years. Everything looks dingy. In addition my pedicure wasn't great. The man kept looking around more concerned about the people coming in that my feet. Nail polish was streaky. Going somewhere else to get a proper pedicure. Update: I kept my polish on about a month. When I removed it I noticed white patches over ever toe nail. Turns out it was a TOE NAIL FUNGUS!!! Luckily, I was able have it treated and it's now gone, thank goodness! But it took months to go away. Some things u can get aren't as easily treated. Customer Service here is horrible. I was there from 2:30-5:30 for a pedicure and fill. They were so slow and the technician started on my pedicure then left to work on someone who came in after me. The lady even commented that I was here first. I sat there soaking my feet for an hour and a half. When I went to comment on how slow they were and what happened. The owner did not seem to care, he just kept yelling to the other guy in his language. I had to leave by 6pm and never received my fill. read more

We came in for pedicures and have now been sitting here for an hour with our feet in the water. My feet are prunes and the water is cold. Not to mention they have started doing girls nails who came in way after us. We will not be coming back. read more

Tried this place twice. Both times they left me to soak for a pedicure for so long the water was freezing cold. One time was 30 minutes, the other 45 minutes. Both times I ran out of time and had to leave early. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I won't return. read more

Came for pedicure and dip nail redo. Got in at 12:30 which they did say 1hr wait which I was ok with but it is now 3:05 and so far all I've had is my basic pedicure. Worst pedicure I have EVER had. When walked in they were very rude which was the least of the problem. The guy that did my pedicure borough the same tools over that he was using on the women next to me. Didn't sanitize them at all (how are they open). Then when I asked him to use different ones he laughed and got new ones. Pedicure was horrible he was digging at my skin and then didn't even use a base or top coat on the polish (which causes your nails to yellow) do not go here! read more
