Came in for a mani pedi and it was horrible. The tech was rough and it hurt ALOT. I chose a color & it wasn't enough so I chose another & it ran out halfway. The final look was terrible...bumpy, the sides of my nails weren't painted, and it was uneven. Never coming back here again. I could've painted my nails myself with the way it looks. A gentleman seated next to me was getting a manicure with his wife and he was also in pain when another tech was working on him. He left but his wife stayed and finished her session. Went in for the first time and it went well and my nails were cute. I accidentally broke one and went in to go get it replaced and this is the finished result. Side of my nail isn't even covered, nail is not straight and the color did not match the previous color. When he was grinding the old nail off there was way too much pressure and the grinder kept burning my skin underneath my nail. He got annoyed when I started yanking my hand away and said it was my fault because my nails were too thin. When he could have just soaked it off instead of violently yanking at the dipped polish. Then he proceeded to cutting them and shaping them the way he wanted without even asking me. By the time I looked up it was too late. They overcharged me by $40.00 and then told me they could not refund me in cash because it was the law. Refused to let me come in and get a refund, so I had to sort it out with my bank. Yay Tina's! I finally got myself a nail place. Tina and her crew are super friendly and efficient! I rarely make appointments for things that isn't the doctor, so it's awesome to be able to walk in her and get my nails done in a timely fashion. I usually just get regular gel for $30 which to me is a pretty good deal as some places in CA charge $40-50. I haven't got a pedicure yet, but in time. Also I know this place is legit because the few times I've been in I've noticed they have regular customers that they know by name. All the ladies (and men) I've seen in here have been very happy with the work Tina and crew do. I also saw some awesome nail art by them during the holiday times. Called ahead to get an appointment at 5. My husband and I got the # 2 $30 pedicure. You get a lot for the price like stone massage which at other places is extra. I had Kevin do my feet, my husband had Tina. This was THE BEST pedicure we have received since moving to Farmington. And TRUST me I've almost tried them all. They both took their time removing old skin on the bottom of our feet making sure it was all gone. The massage was very pleasant and relaxing. The salon was clean, tools came out of onclave packaging. I witnessed pedicure machines being cleaned after each costumer. They were very professional and friendly. I hate when going to a salon the employees talk a lot to each other or look at their phone. None of those things occurred, making the atmosphere very quiet and relaxing while enjoying the massage chair. We will definitely make this our spot. read more

It is right next to Maui Specialty Chocolates and I noticed it when I went to pick up my mochi. I am so glad I went in! I didn't want to get in today, next week, even week after. I mentioned I occasionally have in grown nails and one reviewer said they took good care of hers, owner said we don't do them. 38 Weeks pregnant and the perfect way to treat myself was a nice root rub with a pedicure. I picked the most expensive pedicure, expecting the upmost service. I asked the lady multiple times if she could rub a bit harder to just relieve the tension on my swollen calves and ankles. All she did was smile and didn't say anything. At the end I asked her about the foot rub which she replied "we don't do foot rubs." However, the pedicure I picked specifically states in text "rub your foot" easy to say I will take my business else where. read more

They may be great but don't go here if you have a latex allergy. I checked in by writing my name and filling out their required info, including medical problems, where I wrote LATEX ALLERGY. After 10 minutes they put me in a chair for a pedicure where I sat for another 20 minutes. At that time the man who was to do the pedicure came over and started to put latex gloves on. I informed him that I had filled out their form telling them of my allergy. I asked him if they had vinyl gloves and he said no and that they didn't do pedicures without gloves. That's fine. But why wouldn't they have told me that to begin with instead of WASTING my time. What's the point of having a sign in sheet if you don't even take the time to read it? I was given a smug sorry as I left. Too many nail shops in town to have that kind of service. read more
