I clarified prices prior to service -up charge for gel is normal. No problem. But A normal length set is consider long and up charge! Rounded is an up charge! They cut my nails so short on one hand that my fingertips showed. No one gets nails this short. I asked to correct. They said no and told me to go to someone else. This place is SO UNSANITARY!!! The mail racha don't seem to sanitize the tools or area that other customers have touched. They reuse all the same tools without properly sanitizing. I got my nails done here they rushed it and made my nails look like marshmallows and kept cutting me with the dremel and file. They charge more if you even get a medium mail length but none of your nails are even the same length!!! Don't go here! You'll wait a whole hour before one of the techs rolls their eyes at you and tells you to pick a color and then start on someone else instead of you! read more

I don't recommend this place anymore! There's literally only one good tech here, (Tammy) other than that you stuck with cut you up lady, not qualified guy at the end, old couple that shouldn't be working, or a hot head guy in the front that only wants to do your nails if you look like you tip big. Not to mention the very unsanitary hygiene practices that's going on, they don't sanitize at all, even when we're in a pandemic. read more

Came here only because they were the only place to take walk ins and huge mistake. I will only make my appointments with my original nail salon. The person working on my toes hurt me so bad! As he was clipping and shaping my nails he caused so much pain on my big toe. I looked and instantly it starts to bleed and it wouldn't stop bleeding throughout the appointment. Doesn't help that he scrubbed the bleeding, painful area with the bristle brush thing. Then he pours alcohol over my wound and when he notices that he messed up, he applies a very painful liquid on top of it stating it will disinfect the area. Ugh. I now have to head home and clean my wound properly. I seriously hope I don't end up with a damn infection. read more

Recently moved to the area and this place was recommended to me from a few people. Depending on who you get, the services are decent. I've had both owners(a married couple) do my nails and waxing. After being treated terribly by the owners, I will no longer go to this salon. There is only one person (the female owner) to do ALL waxing. This last time I went in to get my eyebrows done, there was not very many people in. Said that it would only be a few minutes before she could get me. After waiting for 40 minutes, she just leaves with no one else to do my waxing and without say that she would be back in a few. The male owner didn't seem to care at when that I had been sitting there for so long. Just told me that she would be back in a few minutes. I left after that response. I wish that I could say that this was the first time this has happened, but it's not. EXTREMELY RUDE OWNERS!!!!!!!! read more

I always get my eyebrows waxed and my nails and my toes done here and they do very good job, sometimes the place gets busy but it's worth the wait and you can make an appointment or you can just do walk in either or, they're very nice and her place is always clean and they have a restroom and it's clean. read more

I love going here and always request for Tammy or Vinny. They are super awesome BUT Mi does a shitty ass job, she's very messy, in my opinion lazy, half asses everything and really rough. Awesome place! Very clean and up to date pedicure chairs. Didn't wait at all at 2:00 in the afternoon though you can call ahead for an appointment. Pedicure was luxury compared to other places with a great massage. I didn't get a manicure but observed the beautiful art at the stations. Reasonable rates and very friendly staff. Had brows waxed as well and they were done well and in a clean environment. Did not give 5 stars due to lack of English in all staff. This made communication more challenging when requesting services. The staff is super nice, however, and I will be going back. read more

Got a mani and pedi yesterday. Won't go back. They don't clean their instruments. One guy just sits back there on his phone, not doing anything, then he does my mani, he doesn't push my cuticles back. Then, i get home and notice most of my finger nails are all bumpy. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had! I was visiting from out of town and they cut the sides of my big toenails so short I got an infection! When i walked in it smelled so bad, probably the nasty fish tank in the middle of the salon. I would have walked out but I was with friends and didnt want to make a scene. Not friendly and very dirty. I specifically told the lady what I wanted done and she didn't do it. I asked her about it before she was done and she yelled at me. I don't know how this place keeps their license as filthy and dirty as it is!! I called for an appointment and was told by the gentleman "we don't do appointments, walk in only". I was the only one waiting (others were getting pedicures and nails), when at least 5 more customers showed up. Every one of them was taken for nails and or pedicure before me!! One couple came in and said they wanted pedicures. They were told to take a seat in the last two chairs. WTF...no appointments and I had been there for over an hours. The coffee table in front of the sofa is disgusting with all the dirt and dust on it. You can tell it has not been wiped down for months. The male staff members get up and leave and go out the back door and come back during the middle of my manicure and he smells to high hell of cigarette smoke!! For the life of me I cannot understand how they can maintain their license as dirty as the entire salon is! The curtains are falling down to the little room where they apparently do waxing. The fish pond and aquarium put off an awful smell, the place just smells sickening and like mold! My next step, after warning others to stay away, is to contact the New Mexico Licensing Board for Nail Salons and ask for an inspection of see how they get away with this!! Now for a suggestion, anyone needing a really nice set of nails and a pedicure, if you are in the Rio Rancho, NM area, go to Luxor!! Excellent service & the nail technician did a great chevron nail design for me. It was very nice. Except for the fact that the massage chairs on the pedicure chairs made my back hurt the next day. Great service, just avoid the massage options if you're going for a pedicure. read more
