If I had the opportunity to put no stars on this place as a review I honestly would. I am disappointed in how these ladies treated me when I went for there service. Literally made me go through the back just to go into the nail salon just so that the rest of the co workers and her could talk bad about how I went to ask for their service and that they were going to get their license revoked. I'm sorry if you were so scared that your license was going to be taken away then why still offer your services and make people feel inferior and insecure about themselves. We go to our nail techs to feel better about ourselves not to be talked down. She talked bad about our Ethnicity too The worst service I've ever received they cut my nails so short that they still hurt They are lucky I didn't report them. With all these riots going on best believe the people that know what goes on in there or have had a similar experience during this desperate times will know this is the first place for a riot. My nails came out OK. The shellac on two of my nails looks lumpy and textured .The gentleman that did my nails wasn't very friendly And was complaining about other customers in the salon. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I wasn't too excited about my nails or the unfriendly service. read more

If you're new in town and you want to try a new nail spot, don't come here. Cammie is very disrespectful and when me and a couple of friends showed up to try them out, she made us feel very uncomfortable and was talking bad about us to her workers and even the people she was doing their nails. Very unprofessional, she needs to work on her customer service. Never coming here again. And I'll be sure to tell everyone else I know the same. Also the pedicures here are so bad, the guy who did mine, cut my nails very uneven and didn't even put lotion at the end nor massage. Horrible experience. read more

My Mom and I have been coming here for 3+ years and the staff is really friendly! Cammie does a good job and when I get my my mom gets her nails done by her they last for WEEKS! Really recommend coming here! read more

Cammie is very talented and does a great job at the salon. The first time I went. The person who did my pedicure was very nice however I do feel like it took way too long. I believe it was at least an hr (if not longer) I got my acrylic nails done by cammie and she was quick and did awesome on my acrylics. However she was on the phone the whole time. The second time I went I got placed with another lady for my acrylics and although she was very kind and I loved talking to her. My nails were horrendous. I paid and even left a tip. Upon walking out I looked at my nails even longer and I just couldnt walk around with my nails looking like that. (Even my daughter said they were not good and kids don't lie) I ended up going back in and asking cammie to fix. She ended up redoing the whole set. I did not have to pay even tho I felt really bad bc the lady tried her best. I was happy with my nails after all that. However I should not have to walk back in to have my whole set redone. I go back again for a pedicure and I'm waiting for awhile. Someone seats me in a chair. While I'm waiting another customer was also unhappy with their set and asked cammie to fix. That same lady was getting a pedicure and her water had overflowed, and the water overflowed onto another customers pair of shoes. This whole time I'm waiting with my feet soaking in water cold water and I noticed something floating in the water. Also an arm was missing from my chair, I was waiting for about an hour with my feet soaking in the chair before I put my shoes back on and just walked out. No one said anything to me while I was waiting for that long. Typically if you get sat in a seat you're going to worked on pretty quickly. If they did not have time I would've rather had them say that instead of wasting my time. It pretty dirty in this salon as well. Needless to say that was my last time there. read more

The prices are somewhat expensive for the service you are getting. The nail salon is a mess. Not nearly as nice as other nail salons. The staff isn't the most pleasant. Very quiet and standoffish. Don't think I'll be going back. Not worth the money. read more

Do not come here. Came in for a pedicure and and the pedicure was done within 10-15 mins. Didn't get a proper massage. The massage chairs don't work. They are too busy to come get my payment so I had to take it to their work space. read more

The girl who did the pedicure was nice enough. The paint was so old that the nails would not dry. I would not go back.

Cammie is really fast and really great. I asked her to do my nails like one of the photos that she had on Yelp and they were perfect.

Not very good customer service. I have been to Nails by Cammie about 3 times in the past two years. Every time I went back I would remember why I hadn't been there. The most recent visit I came to this salon for a full set and a pedicure and a pedicure for my daughter. The gentleman that sits in the front center did my nails. He had my daughter sit down to start soaking her feet. As soon as I sat in his chair, he threw some cotton soaked in polish remover right in front of me and told me to remove my own nail polish while he took off for about 15 minutes. Next, as he was doing my nails, again he would randomly get up and walk around. He shaped my nails horribly because he was rushing through to finish them. I don't know he just seemed annoyed by being there. Next it was time for my pedicure. My daughter was still waiting for someone to start on her pedi. Finally after about 45 minutes someone came to do her feet. I was sitting there while my feet soaked. Cammie was slouched over on her station with her eyes closed. The gentleman that did my nails was walking around. A customer walks in and asks for service. The man tells her go sit there (Cammies table) Cammie tells the customer very loud "Nope! No! Go sit over there!" Points her in the direction of the mans table then lays her head back down. I could tell the customer felt uncomfortable. Oh not to mention the nail polish on my toes was clumpy and sloppy. I was just like WHATEVER. I had already been there for about 2 hours. I was just ready to leave! This is a reply to your comment Cammie. So let me get this straight. So on busy days your clients must remove their own polish? And Actually the salon was pretty dead. To be exact the nail stations were all empty and only three pedicure chairs were being occupied. There were at least 5-6 employees in there. And there are ways to speak loudly but still keeping it professional. I don't think yelling at at customer to go sit elsewhere as you're slouching is very professional. I get it we all get tired, but we have to keep it professional don't you agree? read more

Not good whatsoever. I always make my appointments with cammie and there has many times where she has shown to be unprofessional and rude. One time, I did not know she did not want card as payment anymore and only taking cash and so when I paid with my card at the end, she just threw my card. Another incident was when I was messaging her to make an appointment and she told me to come tomorrow when I asked for that same day, I went to the salon anyways and she was sitting doing nothing and seemed annoyed to assist me. lastly, I had messaged her a few weeks later for a refill and had asked me to send her a picture of my set and she had left my message on seen and I had to message her again to see if I could still get my appointment and she said that she did not feel well and did not want to get me sick and so I messaged her from another account to see what she would say and she proceeded to tell me that she was available meaning that I was lied to as well. overall, I would not recommend to book with someone who does not take business serious and is rude to clients. read more

If I can give this salon 0 stars I would, this salon is very dirty inside and not to mention the owner Cammie is very disrespectful, she treats new clients with no respect and talks under her breath about them I don't think that's okay as a business owner and should not be tolerated. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and didn't even get a massage or anything removed correctly and paid $47 that's beyond absurd. Will not be returning to this salon ever again! read more

This nail salon has the worst time management ever. They keep accepting costumers even though no one can accomodate them. I came in with an appointment for 2 pedicures for me and my boyfriend but there was only one person available. And i waited 45 mins soaking my foot while me boyfriend is getting his pedicure done. It was supposed to be a couple thing. The next thing is that the water is cold af. They didnt even ask if we want it hotter. Their nail color samples are stuck to the wall you cant even take it with you. Other customers set an appointment with a certain artist and shes not even here. And they dont even know when shes coming. I understand that not all of them speak english. But they should at least know the basics of the importance of appointments, the temp of water, and saying no we dont have openings to walk ins. The prices are pretty affordable. But im never coming in here again. read more

I see so many good reviews about nails by cammie and the pictures on here are absolutely beautiful! But when I went it was my mistake that I did not ask for cammie herself. I had a man do my nails, not sure his name (but not the guy with ear piercings and glasses) this man was working at a desk that was in the middle of the salon, he looked Middle Aged. So I told him that I wanted a coffin shape but had to tell him two different times to file them more because they were definitely not coffin shaped (more like rounded edges). He was trash talking one the customers behind their back with another employee about how she's so difficult and too "picky". I asked him to put jewels on my acrylics at least 3 times and when he finished I said "so is it too late or something to get them the way I wanted with the gems?" He replied with "yes it is too late. Way too much work for me I'm done for the night". I tipped him 11$ on a 45$ bill and was loudly & sarcastically saying "woooow thank you big tip really big tipper you are aren't you?" Which I thought was a generous tip for not even liking them. So warning to anybody going here be SURE to ask for cammie because this was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. And I am usually not one to leave reviews. read more
