I love the warm towels and essential oil. The stretching is nice. The dark lighting and music is relaxing. My massage tech wore gloves that is not able to tell at all which I prefer because It keeps it sanitary and it was still a very nice massage. I think I had accidentally made the appointment at first too late in the day, because the massage was going to be 60 minutes instead of 90, but Tamara was so so sweet and squeezed me in before her next client, which I am so so so appreciative for!!! Had a massage today with Tamara-this was my first time going here. All were so kind and knowledgeable as was Carol, the owner who helped me on the phone and at check in. They found me 30 minutes on a same day phone call as i was really hurting (i did the micro-mini back 30 min) and then they found me a spot for deep tissue tomorrow to finish the work that needs doing on my back. Phew- feeling very lucky. They have a cozy resting room and a really professional staff. All was clean and felt so comfortable- great massage. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Tamera. I'm very grateful they got me in so quickly here because my upper back was in pain. The staff were very nice and professional. Tamera was awesome and professional. She is very kind too. I expressed to her how I was having pain in my back and didn't know if I needed a full body massage... after working on me for a little she recommended to spend the 60 minutes on my back which I think was a good decision because it feels a lot better. I liked that the bed got warm too. I'm glad that I did the 60 minute instead of a longer massage because of how tight my back is.
