There were several spots where the polish was completely missed, and the glitter was applied unevenly and looked messy instead of being evenly distributed. Some areas of my nails weren't even painted, which is unacceptable for the price I paid. I also paid extra for premium-quality eyelash extensions, but all of my lashes fell out after only 3.5 days. I've had eyelash extensions done many times before and have never experienced them falling out this quickly. For the amount I spent, I expected much better attention to detail and quality.

When she returned, she simply asked for my name and told me to wash my hands and pick a color. There was no "good morning" or welcoming attitude, and she seemed uninterested and disengaged. I generally just opt for a 'polish change' or 'polish only' instead of getting an entire manicure. I find the result to be the exact same and it's of course cheaper that way. Most recently came in for a dark polish on my finger nails and she did a wonderful job in 15 minutes. The salon itself is always clean, but it's certainly outdated. Could maybe use a little upgrade in that way, and maybe a little lower on the intense overhead lighting- just mini suggestions on making it a little more spa-esque.
