The service was good and place was very clean but incame in for a full set of French tip almond shape acrylic and a pedicure and I have a nail that is very crooked the acrylic on all my nails is very lumpy on some of the sides of my nails the white nail polish is not covering otherwise my toes came out amazing the young man who did it was very gentle and caring I will be coming back for toes but never nails read more

I was gifted a gift card to this salon so I decided to try them out. I believe the owner is who did mine. She was delegating the other employees and handling majority of the salon checkouts during my appt. She was rude and clipped my cuticle and made them bleed twice. A week after I got "dip" nails here, I had a nail split in half including my nail underneath. Followed by two more nails over the next few days. I also left with my nails wet which was weird because I get dip regularly and there's always a clear gel on top. My broken nails are extremely painful and I will never go back here. read more

Love this nail place, recently moved to Brenham and love the quality of the service and the employees are amazing.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. It's the luck of the draw. I wish I could know names of the better nail techs.

I had a pedicure and shellac manicure. My pedicure chipped in day 2 and looked awful by day 4. I went back and they redid the paint. My manicure did not last either. On day 5, the polish started lifting. I will not be going back. read more

WARNING you now...do not come to this place. I went for the first time to get a pedicure. When I went to pay, I was irritated bc they charge a fee when you use your credit card. In my opinion, a business is better off just increasing the price of the service rather than the inconvenient credit card fee, but that's a discussion for another time. I started digging through my purse trying to find the $25 cash to pay and all I could find was $23. I got my credit card out and set it on the counter while I was digging, realizing that I was just going to have to use it and pay the fee. At the last moment I realized I had $100 bill in my car. I told them I was going to go and grab it and that's what I did, left my things on the counter and ran out to my car to get the cash. I paid and left realizing I would never return again. Fast forward a month later and there is $110 charge on my credit card! So they took my credit card, that was sitting on the counter with my things and charged it while I was outside! PLUS, I paid them cash! Save yourself the hassle and DON'T step foot in this place. I can't believe that a business would down right lie and steal from a paying customer! This just tells you what kind of people they are! If they have the balls to do something like this, who knows what else they are doing with your personal information or behind your backs! read more

The man who did my pedi was rude. He continued to tap on my leg for me to do what he wanted. I told him I wanted my feet to soak for a bit before he started after taking polish off toes. He then started talking in his language to other employees. As he was cutting my cuticles, I pulled my foot away twice... it hurt. Needless to say.... I told him I was done before the pedi was finished, paid for it and left with a half shitty pedi. I'll be trying a different nail salon. Will never go back! read more

This is an awful company. They Shamed me by telling me I needed a new set when all I came for is a polish change and filing. They talked behind my back and were horrible to me. I would not use them for the fact that they do not value you unless you get a fill or a new set. I am angry and embarrassed as they did this with ppl watching. read more

because of a botched amputation of my fingertip after a work accident i have a weird fingernail that i can't trim, and it likes to grow into the remaining finger and bone causing constant pain. a nice lady at Nails by HL trimmed it up for me so that i am no longer in pain. I've been to 100's of nail salons and have NEVER received this level of poor service. I requested a fill & pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre to be polite! I had to wait & the water got cold! I paid $35 plus $5 polish removal & $15 shellac fee, there was NO massage at all! So I paid $55 to basically soak my feet in water & have someone polish my nails! Ok now on to the fill, there was no communication other than you want pink & white. As she's finishing up my nails I tell her 2 of them are crooked & she said she'd fix with filing which she did not! I left the salon with piss poor service & felt like I'd been robbed! I don't mind paying for good service but this experience was in no way good! I will not be going back! read more

I have been to this salon several times; but my last two trips have been very disappointing. My last 2 pedicures have been downright painful. Why did I return you ask? I thought the first bad experience was a "fluke", but after today I will not be returning. It also seems that the quality of the work is very inconsistent depending on which technician you get. My daughter and I , side by side, requesting the exact same pedicure got totally different treatments. read more
