The gel polish chipped significantly, and 2 of my nails broke, which is not the level of quality I would expect from a gel manicure. I was busy watching the soccer game during my appointment and did not engage in or participate in the employees' conversations (although I did talk here and there about the game, just in case you're wondering ). My point was simply that the gossip (in Armenian) between the employees was loud enough for customers to hear, which I found unprofessional. I also don't believe I should be expected to spend more of my time returning to fix something that should never have happened in the first place, especially after only two days. I have no interest in returning. I wasn't looking for a solution. I was simply sharing my honest experience. One final point: your response incorrectly stated that I "engaged" in the employees' conversation. That is simply not true. Unfortunately, because you chose to make an inaccurate assumption instead of addressing the facts, you now have two negative reviews. Next time, make sure your information is correct.

Little did we know that she would be humiliated in front of other guests. When we walked in, there was 3 ladies sitting casually by the front door, they then signaled the "receptionist" to come up front to help us out. We got seated down next to each other and I had gone to use the restroom. When I came back, a nail tech was helping my sister and I had Maricela (the sweetest) help me. I have nothing but good things to say about Maricela as she did my nails. She was friendly and customer service was great; from her. While my sister and I were talking, I saw my sister flinched a couple times and I had asked if she was okay. She replied and told me that she was cut twice by the tech which by the way didn't even ask her if the water was hot, or if she could cut her nails, nothing at all. It was odd but we let it play out. Then the nail tech got to her other foot and was hesitant to even touch it; almost like she was disgusted by my sister's toe (treated fungus). The tech then called the receptionist, told my sister that they were going to explain, and she went to grab another lady (who I assumed was the owner) and just like that they told my sister they have to decline her for a pedicure. I let Maricela finish doing my feet. When she was done, I wanted to double check if my bill was taken care of already by my sister but I had to wait to ask because she was on her personal phone.
