I know that…read moresounds extreme but I have given these people 5 chances too many ONLY because my normal place is booked the week I need my nails done. Today was my absolute last straw. I know they can get busy so I booked an appointment. I showed up 40 minutes before my appointment. Got seated maybe 20 minutes prior, which was nice. I got the basic pedicure and kid you not was waiting there for over an hour and then some with cold towels on my feet while literally everyone is getting serviced. I left in tears because genuinely as a woman who doesn't always pour into her own cup, when you take the effort to and feel humiliated it makes you want to never try again. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will be the last and I have never made a yelp review before this one so let it speak for itself. It's a bunch of young women straight out of nail school (some I wonder how they passed) and many of their first jobs as nail techs. It's so hit or miss if you get a girl who knows what she's doing but regardless you're expected to pay the same price. I will say some of the girls here are absolute sweethearts but others are terribly rude.

I told Chelee exactly what I wanted and it wasn't until that I got home that I realized that her haircut and partial highlight is a nightmare. I did not know that I had to pay $95 for someone to screw up that much, especially when your hair looks like a five year old cut it. When I called back today, it's extremely sad how unwilling Chelee was to give me back a refund. She offered to fix it but I would never let anyone in that salon touch my hair again knowing how awful my experience was. She was also completely rude to me on the phone. I now have to go pay someone else to fix the mess that she did. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Overpriced and extremely low quality.
