When I entered the business, I was brightly greeted by their amazing front desk associate. She was kind and professional. I really miss that quality of care in customer service but had become accepting of it. This was a great change. I was also happy to feel taken care of by a very knowledgable professional. I happen to ask how long they've been in business and was not surprised to find out it was 19 years. You can really tell when a business care for their employees and their well being. The gentleman who cut his hair was incredibly patient and did an amazing job working with him. My son usually hates getting his hair cut, but he absolutely loved the entire experience!
