They're still cute, that's just my only complains. They were very kind and sweet to me but my mother didn't receive the same service. Her nails were also rushed and the lady who did them cut her skin like around her cuticles and under her nails and then the gel nail polish she did was goopy and just put on. Some sides were flatter than others and some nails had see through spots of her real nail bed because the gel wasn't distributed properly. My mother had kindly said something and the lady kept telling her to "wash her hands" and that's what she did. At the end of the service my moms finger was bleeding from being cut and she asked the guy who did my nails If she could have a refund and he told her he'll have to ask the lady who did her nails. He asked the lady and she came up to my mom and started SCREAMING at her for asking for it. She ended up getting her refund but terrible customer service. The lack of attention payed was mildly irritating, I understand my tech could have been slightly inexperienced/new, but I had to constantly point things out to her, such as the nail polish that she rubbed off the sides of my nails, glue was left on my pointer finger crusted underneath my nail, didn't use nail clippers when trimming my nails, instead she lazily drilled length off. After my appointment I was also left dry, and had to ask for the nail oil to be brought out, always take care of your clients skin and pay attention to your work, if you have trouble seeing please get glasses.
