I made an appointment days in advance for 11 in the morning. They should have been open for several hours already, when I arrived there early, there was no one at the salon. I waited until my appointment time and still no one ever arrived. I called and didn't get any answer, no one ever called me back. I came since the reviews looked decent...but the language barrier is ROUGH. THE "scrub"used in my pedicure was anything but scrub. Felt worse than things I've purchase at dollar tree. It was like a cheap hand wash with a little salt that dissipates 7-10 seconds into using. The shop is dirty, carpet stained, nail dust on everything. And a friggen chipmunk is living in here. The guys seems nice enough; but I don't think they supply decent products for them to use. A little girl (maybe 5) just came in and said to some customers that a bunny was living in her room....aka the chipmunk...now I'm wondering if she lives here. She's sweet and all; kids are great...just not in a business. 2 of the other customers recognize her; so my guess is she's here It's just been a very colorful experience I'd say. Service is awful. They kept talking about me and my friend whilst getting our nails done, kept trying to push the budget up after multiple times telling them no. Would not stop pushing it until we completely ignored them. Don't go here unless you just want to waste money on nothing. read more

DIRTY, DISTGUSTING PLACE!! The Board of Health need to visit here. The place after sitting down was very dirty. They don't use new buffer or file, had to ask for new to be used. Then the lady took the drain plug out behind my plastic wrapped bowl cleaned while my feet was in the water, I pulled my feet out asked what you are doing she said cleaning. I said that is not sanitary. Then she put her bush she used that was dirty in the big Acitone bottle when cleaning my polish off my toes. seems un sanitary who elses foot germs are in that as well. Went to dry my nails the floor had at least 3" of dirt and dust on the floor, the wall had a huge hole with paper stuffed in it. I will never go here again. BAD EXPERIENCE. read more

They insist on doing long nails they don't listen , and they talk trash while you're right there. Just money hungry people don't want to do what you want , just wanna give you what cost the most. And will not take no for an answer. Customer service is ass and place is trash dirty. read more

I cannot wear a mask. Within 5 minutes of putting one on the anxiety starts and then builds to a full blown panic attack. The majority of places I go to, no one says a word about me not wearing one. When they do, I very politely state that I have a medical issue that keeps me from wearing one. Again, most people are understanding and don't push the issue. I never pull the "Karen" shit when they state they won't allow me in their place of business, because that's ok, I'll just go somewhere else. Today however, I go to try and get my nails done. I've been putting it off because of the mask thing, but thought I would give it a try. I walk in and am greeted by all workers and asked what I wanted. I then go wash my hands as requested, pick out my color and the tech directs me to a chair. The tech then starts working on my nails and stops in the middle (after old polish has been removed from 3 fingers) and asks where my mask is. Now you are asking??!!! I've been in your shop for 15 minutes and you haven't said a word? However, I smile and say, I'm sorry, but I'm unable to wear one due to medical issues. The tech then offers me a mask, I again state I cannot wear one for medical issues. He then loudly states no mask no service. I try to say, but you already started, but he keeps saying no mask no service! So, i left without another word. Again, I'm okay with being refused service, but don't start serving me and then all of a sudden stop and start yelling at me to get out. So rude. I will never go there again. read more

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! My nails have never looked this bad! I have been to several different nail salons and this by far has been the worst! It's not a very clean facility and the staff was rude and offered no help when I was trying to find the gel nail polish. On top of all that the tech filed down the side of my nails so far that I now have a cut that is infected and VERY painful. read more

This was my first time here and I decided To try a gel manicure instead of acrylics because I have sensitive nails and the lady that did my nails did an amazing job! She really took her time to make sure they came out perfect. The color was perfect and overall looks terrific. I will definitely be coming back to see her again! read more

Well the service might be neat and nice it might be cheap, but they speak a certain language to each other and that's fine but this one lady that works there called my aunt a fat pig with crusty toenails then started laughing about it because they thought my aunt couldn't understand their language but she understands it for the record but they do a good job but they barely know what your saying so they might no get it right but for the record probably never going again thanks for listening and by the way that was about 2 years ago a week before the 4th of July and I'm 13 now so I hope you will listen and take my advice thx. read more
