I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. The nails with the black stethoscope in the background was taken a day after my second appointment. I got SOOO many compliments on my nail design and, best of all, no lifting or skin damage!! The pictures of my nails against a white door is the retention after 2-2.5 weeks. Nails feel really strong and not a single nail has lifting.
