After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. Thinking it was a fluke, I wanted to give them another shot but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had them for about 2 weeks and one of my nail's gel builder did lift by the end of the second week (not pictured). Dani definitely took time at my next appointment to consider why that nail lifted and made some adjustments in how she applied her gel builder. The nails with the black stethoscope in the background was taken a day after my second appointment. I got SOOO many compliments on my nail design and, best of all, no lifting or skin damage!! The pictures of my nails against a white door is the retention after 2-2.5 weeks. Nails feel really strong and not a single nail has lifting. If you're willing to spend the money on a natural nail expert, she's the gal for you. Very accommodating and makes you feel so comfortable and heard!

I've bought product here and been happy with it too. Probably most important and what you're interested in--the price feels reasonable.
