The service was quick for a Saturday close to Christmas. They had a lot of nail options. It was clean, cozy and festive. I did, unfortunately, get this little irritation on the side of my finger shown in the picture. It does hurt and I am watching for infection, so we will see! Terrible. Went there 3 times and had an appointment, had to wait 30mins-1hour just to be seen. Felt extremely rushed and the staff seems to not know what they are doing. I had to go to another salon just to get my nails fixed. read more

My colleague showed me this place and I love it! They do such a great job. I got a full set with gel and it looked great. A little under a week after, one of my nails broke so I went back and they fixed it no problem and were very kind about it. He didn't even clean his hands after doing another lady's nails before mine because they were covered is dust. I went here with a friend. We called ahead and were told to come at 5:45. At 6:20 they began our services. We both got pedicures and dip on our nails. The total was $263.00. At the end of our appointment, the man doing my friend's nails admonished us by saying we should book earlier because he has had to stay past closing tonight. Very nasty and rude. I informed him we called ahead, had to wait 30 min past our appointment time and had nothing to do with him having to stay late. He said the owner makes them stay and finish, and that I need to book an earlier time. He then was talking about us to the girl there, it was quite obvious. He stated hair stylists make you book months in advance and yet nails can book last minute. He was rude and frankly, I'd never go back to this place. I even tipped them each $40. I regret tipping him at all. He was a bald gentleman pictured below. What a jerk!! read more

The place was crowded on a Saturday (pre-COVID) and they had me sign in and wait on one of the chairs. I only had about thirty minutes to spare, so went for a basic nail polish and was in and out quickly. The staff seemed super organized and on top of things, as the place was running like a well-oiled machine. I don't know what has taken me so long to try this salon but I am so glad I gave it a chance after reading other Yelp reviews. I had made an appointment for a pedicure and I was able to get right in as soon as I had chosen my color. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean from what I could see. This is easily my favorite nail salon in central Indiana. I'm from Carmel and I've gone to places in Carmel, broad ripple, and the keystone Indianapolis area and this one holds up the best when it comes to gel and dip. Kevin and Tracy are just the nicest, and really work hard to make their customers happy. As a customer, I've definitely seen instances where the customer is NOT always right at this salon, but they both handle rudeness with grace. I got my nails done before being out of the country for 3.5 weeks with dip powder, and only had one nail chip near the end of the trip. I wish I was joking, but I climbed the Great Wall and the Yellow Mountains with my nails and scraped walls along the way, and they held up great. I pick at my nails every day as is. They are really the best, and I'm confident that they do a great job that holds up, and if it doesn't, they'll work with you. Another thing I really appreciate is that they are very willing to accommodate my request for short nails with tip. As a dental student, I can't have super long nails and lots of other salons always try to talk me out of it, but they always work extra hard to still make it look good. read more

Came in for a pedicure. Actually, the place is clean and offers many colors to choose from. However, My baby toe was only half applied with nail polish on my left foot compared to my right . I think because before they applied the nail polish on your toes, you are already fitted with your sandals and toe separators. She did a terrific job on my toenails and cuticles as well as the massage. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The pedicure zi chose was a little pricey, but there were other less expensive options. I came here in hopes of finding my new go to nail salon that's close to my house. I called ahead and she said I could come in 15 minutes, and when I got there it was exactly as promised (so awesome!!). I got a powder manicure, and the amount of color options was INSANE! I'm all for having a variety of choices, but it was almost too many. They also had me choose my color after they wrapped my hands to take my old polish off, so it was even harder navigating through the rack of hundreds of color swatches. So it's just a personal opinion... If you're wanting funky tendy colors (yellows, blues, greens, etc) this is your place. But they also have a variety of basic neutrals. The nails turned out great! I think I had the owner but I never got her name. Nothing super super over the top amazing, but great. However, where my review comes in is the cleanliness. There was a vent in the middle of the desk to collect nail/polish shavings and it was full of nail clippings from previous clients. Not very fun seeing someone's clipped finger nails in front of you. Also, the male worker next to me started cleaning his ears with a nail dotting tool once his client left. And he wasn't trying to hide it, either. For about 10 minutes he sat in the open digging in his ear with a nail tool (that they likely use on clients) and wiping it off with his finger. When the next client came in, he didn't wash his hands. I was so grossed out! So for what you're paying for (nails) this is a great place for the final product. This salon was the best experience I've had getting my nails done around this area. I came in off a horrible experience with the last salon I tried and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful and spent a total of 2 1/2 hrs making sure my nails were right. The last salon had done such a horrible job it took an entire hr to get the dip polish off. The woman that helped me did everything to fix all the mistakes the last salon had made and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was very caring and helpful as she cared for my nails and was very empathetic towards my last visit with the other salon. She did such an amazing job and charged me $25 less than the last salon for a gel-dip. I will absolutely be returning and will be suggesting this salon to anyone that asks! read more

She was super sweet and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She's likes thing clean and perfect just like me, so of course I was happy with the job she did. Although my toe was sensitive from my toe surgery she cleaned my toe up very well and kept making sure I wasn't in any pain. I just got a Pedi from Anna and she was amazing! I let Anna know that I had micro trauma with my toenails from work, and I asked her to please pay attention to detail with my cuticles. She went above and beyond to make sure she did what I asked and then more! Anna was friendly and polite. While I was there, I heard someone complaining about practically everything, but the staff was nice and accommodated her anyway. There are some people that love to complain about nothing, and she was definitely that type. Anyway, back to my awesome pedicure! I have been looking for a good Nail Spa and this one has been a great experience. I could quite honestly say that the pedicure and service has been the best I've received in a very long time! I know that this place will be my go to place for a long time to come. I can't wait to go back to get my Manicure. I popped in for a pedicure on a whim. It was a pretty average experience in the beginning. While she was clipping excess skin around my toe nail she cut me multiple times. I asked her to please stop doing that and told her that it was painful. She continued to do it so I pulled my feet away. I was under the impression she didn't understand me due to a language barrier. Nonetheless it wasn't pleasant. The filing was excessive and painful. Some of the gel paint is clumpy is sticking off my toe nail. They were friendly just were a little too rough and didn't seem to "notice" the lumpiness. read more
