First timer. I called ahead to de wig they were busy but they told me to come on in. When I arrived, there was no one here on a nice Saturday afternoon. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of options of nail colors to choose from ...even colors I had not seen before!! I only got a basic gel pedicure. It was fine. They do not use a base coat of color and I had never had that happened before. They also do not offer hybrid gel which I like to get on my hands. If I'm in a pinch and need to cheat on my regular nail tech, I'll return again :). read more

For reference, I got a full set of almond acrylic nails. For $70, I had over half my nails put on crooked and had thick acrylic applied and they looked super round and thick. My gel polish was also lifting almost 5 days later. I hesitated to post since they were very sweet and clean, but $70 is not cheap and I expected quality work given the pictures on here. They also didn't even bother to do cuticle work or rub my hands with lotion. The gentleman who did my nails simply squeezed the lotion in my hand to then apply myself. I also found it odd he didn't ask me to wash my hands after filing the acrylic. I ultimately had to go elsewhere to have them removed. My main advice is that if you go here, specifically ask for the person who does the nails in the pictures because you won't get what you ask for from the others. read more

Ruby Nails is the best salon I've found in the Indianapolis area. I've been to multiple and they have exceeded my expectations. The salon was in a great area, clean, and organized. The nail techs I've had have been extremely friendly, kind and have experience and very talented! I loved how calming the salon is and how I feel welcomed. Great prices too! I paid $85 for acrylic fill with gel polish, gel removal on feet with gel matching toes and them fixing two nails. Hai was my nail tech and he did an amazing job. He was very friendly, funny and made great conversation. Definitely recommend seeing him! read more

I must say I was excited to find a new nail salon when my current nail tech had exited the business. I selected Ruby Nails given the excellent reviews and unique nail art they offer. My experience didn't match. The salon is lovely and welcoming. My experience was disappointing. Pictures will show the quality I received. To add to the poor polish, my $45 "Deluxe Pedicure" ended up costing me $70! I told the nail tech regular polish was fine but she said gel because it lasts longer. Little did I know that was a $20 up charge and to pay with credit card you get dinged with an additional 7% fee by the business. Had I seen the polish quality prior to tipping, I most certainly would not have added a tip on top of the $70. read more
