I'm visiting my daughter from out of town which is just 2 hours from here and wasn't able to get it done before I left. I walked in and I waited 50 minutes until they even brought me to a chair. as soon as I sat down a lady walked in saying that she had come in a few days prior and 3 nails had already broke and the other were chipping off, and I didn't think much of it until the lady stated my nails and she didn't do anything but just add clear to my nails, I kept asking for different shape and she ignored me and kept going, she kept them very chunky didn't do the French I asked for like i said she only put clear on and I asked many times for how to change it and agin ignore. -10/10 they over charged and did a horrendous job. If I could leave 0, I would. At first, I was very pleased to see that it seemed that had a script policy on COVID. However, as I was sitting there getting a pedicure, a lady and her son walked in not wearing masks and NOT ONE of the ladies there said anything, they just acted like it wasn't a big deal at all and let her stay and get her pedicure as well. (Even more frustrating, I walked to target after and saw the same lady, wearing a mask in the store). If their employees at the nail salon had more sense to tell her it was required, she would have put one on, as I'm sure that is what happened at Target. DO NOT LET THE OLD LADY DO YOUR NAILS SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE !!!!!!!! I did attempt to call the manager to inform him of how absolutely rude the older woman was to my 10 year old daughter (when we were there for a BIRTHDAY mani/pedi). First of all, she didn't adjust her seat, make her comfortable or anything. She was all slouched down. When she asked what color my daughter had selected I showed her this picture (see attached). Obviously I wasn't going to allow her to get that length, but was going to allow her to get powder. She looked straight at me and said "no I only do flower". I told her she did not want a flower. I get there are language barriers so I let it go, but the manager was there and so were several others who were fluently carrying on conversations and attempting to be engaging/hospitable. It was awkward and for the remainder of the time she said not one word (except speaking her native language to other employees) not adjusting the temperature, not assisting my daughter with the chair when I was shouting over three other people to try to help her. The one thing she DID say to my daughter was "stop biting your nails" she sloppily painted on a really crappy brown and red flower. And she got it all over her cuticles and skin. Less than an hour after leaving the salon my daughter snagged her nail and ripped a few pieces off . I paid 60.00 for her mani pedi and not only did it look like complete sh!t but......it didn't even last 24 hours! And here's the icing on the cake......as we were checking out (I was preparing to pay by card)and she had the audacity to say to me "you leave cash for tip" I said I was sorry that I planned to pay with card as I had no cash on me she literally looked straight at me and said "you go to atm and come back" WHO SAYS THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!???? I will NEVER EVER go here again. I did try to call and was told "call back on the weekend" ummm excuse me? What kind of customer service is this? I plan to drive in there and speak directly to someone and demand the money I paid back or a redo from someone else. She SUCKS SO BAD! and if they act crappy to me I will proceed to stand outside their establishment and let everyone walking in know to go elsewhere with their business and at the very least not to get any services from the older woman as she's a hag! read more

This place is the best kept secret in Wheat Ridge! They are friendly, decently priced, and the wait times are not bad. I have been going here since my sister-in-law told me about them about a year ago. I am transgender, and I have had some really bad experiences with nail salons. I was nervous to say the least when I walked in, however the staff was really friendly and treated me with respect, like I was just another woman coming in to get her nails done. The nail tech, Tammy, told me about "cats eye" nails where they wave a magnet over the polish to lift the metal flake in the polish. I was immediately in love and I have them done this way every time I go in. I don't think Tammy is there any longer, but Becky is awesome! I will only see her now, and she gets very creative using the magnet. I get so many complements on my nails, and I tell everyone about Nails CO. read more

On Monday I took the day off before my IUI procedure so I could relax, with the main event being a pedicure. I arrived at 1:10 and they told me a 30 minute wait. I indicated I had an appointment and had to leave by 2:30. They put me in a chair around 1:45 but by 2:10 no one had started my pedicure. I reminded them - only 20 minutes before I have to go. A few minutes later someone came and started the speediest pedicure ever - never asking what kind of pedicure I wanted. And then it was 2:28 and I still didn't have a spec of polish in my toes. She suggested she could do it super quick and I could wear the ginormous flip flops with zero dry time. I explained again I had to go, and driving with the giant flip flops on my size 5 feet is not a safe option. They charged me FULL price, made me wait a full hour, and I still left with unpainted toes. And went into my IUI in a rage at their incompetence. I thought I was getting a great pedicure. She took great care in removing the skin around my toe nails. couldn't figure out why my right toe hurt so much when she was scrubbing it with her sponge, and when she wrapped my legs and feet with one towel each, I couldn't figure out why my left foot was itching?! When she removed the towels, I noticed my left foot had a red rash, the right toe really hurt. Not until I got out to my car did I see she had sliced a layer of skin off my right toe and it was bleeding....... Last time I was here the gal cut a spot under my toe....... If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I walked in to get pedicures. I asked how long the wait was and they said, "no wait." Okay, great! They filled two tubs with water and sat us down. My husband was immediately tended to. I sat in the chair for 35 minutes until I finally put my socks back on and walked away. There wasn't a single apology or any concessions to try to keep me in the chair. It was clearly a ploy to keep us in the seats because no one was available for my pedicure. Except the guy who took a smoke break when he was done with the girl he was working on. Seriously?? Save yourself the headache and go to Padela (80th and Wadsworth). Not the worst place I've ever gotten my nails done, but certainly not a place I'd go again. I came in asking if they could do a fill since I had powdered acrylic & I just wanted gel this time, the nail tech didn't understand that colored acrylics was a thing, which should have been my first sign to leave but I decided to give them a chance anyways. To get a fill with a simple design took almost 2 hours! My nails looks terrible & are also sore the next day which has never happened before. The nail tech also was talking crap about my regular nail tech back in Wichita which was quite funny, since this lady had no clue what she was doing & my regular nail tech does, but hey whatever helps her sleep at night. Several times over the years I've broken nails or ruined nail polish from work and they always fix it free of charge. They are walk in welcome so sometimes you have to wait- but it's worth it. This review is to rebuke the reviewer that bad mouthed and called my favorite nail tech. First of all, she's not an old lady sister. She's great at her job and I've known her for many, many years. Karen is an incredible person and be very talented. The mistake is on YOUR PART for not clarifying what service you wanted and booking with the correct service provider.
