Apparently we decided to paint my hand too...
Brittiany S.

So I've actually used this place many times in the past. The quality of your nails varies on which tech does then, and you don't get to pick who does it. They are never, EVER, not even once...on time. They very clearly overbook themselves, and my appointment consistently does not start until at least 30-45 minutes after it was scheduled. Today, I went in for a full set. I called and scheduled my appointment, they made it for 4pm. I didn't sit down with them until 4:50pm. While she did my set, I was experiencing a lot of pain. She was very rough with my nails, and even took a chunk out of my pink with the dremel tool. Then kept putting product on it, which burned like ooooooh you wouldn't believe. The. The she got the cuticle with dremel tool on my left ring finger and while it didn't bleed, it hurts like a bitch. After all was said and done, my nails are uneven, lumpy and bumpy and so sore. And there's nail polish like, everywhere... ha... What really sucks (and I blame myself for this) is that this is the third time this has happened here. I gave too many chances, and now I'm just done. This is too much. Also, the prices on the wall are not accurate. It has posted $35 for a full set with Gel. She charged me $42, but couldn't explain why. Overall, it's worth it to wait for someone who can't get you in. Also, ya get what you pay for I guess?

I was a walk in so it took a while to sit down but it was all worth it. It costed 78$. I do feel a little overcharged but they just came out so nicely. My sister in law just got her nails painted (French tips) and it looked beautiful as well.

I appreciate them squeezing me in when they were very busy. Did a wonderful job, and are reasonably priced. Will be back!

This was bad, cut cuticle more than once, snooty attitude and my nails look like rolling hills. The management is terrible

I had made a reservation and 3 people without reservations were seen before me. A waste of time and energy .

Don't expect to make an appointment and get in on time. Only reason I come back with my mom cause she can get into their chairs.

I had seen quite a few negative reviews for this salon and decided to book a pedicure there anyway, I am so glad I did.

Excellent Nail Salon! Rosie is the best. She has been doing nails for over 15 years. It is obvious…read more The surprise was her reasonable prices. She also has good employees doing great, as I saw while getting my pedicure. I came in with just a phone calls notice. Hubby had sent me as a Birthday gift. I wasn't sure where, in the mall, it was. It was right in the middle. Easy to find in mall, with good signage. Rosie started me right away, after greeting me with a beautiful smile. She sat me in a massage chair as she put fresh water and my feet into the pedi tub. Then she adjusted my chair just right and turned on the massagers. Sweeeet! So relaxing. My pedicure included all the bells and whistles: a large choice of colors, sterilized tools, and plenty of pampering -including a wax dip, and a leg rub with yummy lotion. Fantastic!!! As she and I were chatting, she learned it was my Birthday pedicure. So, she added a pretty hand painted design and gifted me some cute flipflops (she has them available for just a dollar, normally). While my feet were under the drying light, ladies walking in the mall stopped by to say hello. They were customers and obviously adore Rosie. They called her "cookie"! She treated them as friends. My heart was warmed by her genuine friendliness and bright happy attitude. I now go into my Birthday weekend with beautiful feet, and a light happy heart. Thanks to Rosie

I had a few disasters before I found my stylist in Atlanta. So, when I moved, I put off trying someone new for as long as possible. I finally put on my big-girl panties and tried The Beauty Bar because it was close to my house and had some good online buzz. I was not disappointed. Melissa heard what I had to say, gave me a delicious shampoo, and the haircut looks super cute 24 hours later. Atmosphere: They seem to be marketing to a younger, dare I say "hipper" crowd. I enjoyed it. I was offered a drink while I was waiting, which was nice. (though I had to decline, as I had to go back to work afterward.) It's a smaller space for a salon, but they do a nice job making it feel sleek and open with windows, light and mirrors. One thing to be aware of: 1. If you are sensitive to smells, this may not be the place for you. They are a full service salon in a pretty small space, so the chemical smells are really intense.
