Rosie was very sweet but her salon was an absolute mess. Nothing was clean. And old and used buffing block was used on my nails, and for having "20 years of experience" I definitely think she can do better. I walked out with acrylic and clear coat all over my fingers, and under my nails, and mostly in pain from extensive buffing and filing. I will definitely not be going back. read more

I really want to give a good review because Rosie is so sweet and very reasonably priced, but I've been here twice now, I gave it the ol college try, and I wont be back, sadly. The first time was just ok. There were a few nails that had some weird bumps and odd coloring but I figured it was an anomaly. Went back the second time and the gel peeled off that afternoon on two nails, one nail was completely see-through and badly shaped (I get a french manicure and this particular nail had broken and needed to be replaced; it didnt match the others at all) and there was gel EVERWHERE. What an uneven, gloppy mess. And on top of that, she painted the tips on, which looked awful. Now, three days later, I've taken them all off myself (many had all started lifting anyway so it was easy) and I'm just going to go somewhere else. Bummer. read more

Excellent Nail Salon! Rosie is the best. She has been doing nails for over 15 years. It is obvious. The surprise was her reasonable prices. She also has good employees doing great, as I saw while getting my pedicure. I came in with just a phone calls notice. Hubby had sent me as a Birthday gift. I wasn't sure where, in the mall, it was. It was right in the middle. Easy to find in mall, with good signage. Rosie started me right away, after greeting me with a beautiful smile. She sat me in a massage chair as she put fresh water and my feet into the pedi tub. Then she adjusted my chair just right and turned on the massagers. Sweeeet! So relaxing. My pedicure included all the bells and whistles: a large choice of colors, sterilized tools, and plenty of pampering -including a wax dip, and a leg rub with yummy lotion. Fantastic!!! As she and I were chatting, she learned it was my Birthday pedicure. So, she added a pretty hand painted design and gifted me some cute flipflops (she has them available for just a dollar, normally). While my feet were under the drying light, ladies walking in the mall stopped by to say hello. They were customers and obviously adore Rosie. They called her "cookie"! She treated them as friends. My heart was warmed by her genuine friendliness and bright happy attitude. I now go into my Birthday weekend with beautiful feet, and a light happy heart. Thanks to Rosie read more

I wish I could give 0 stars this place needs to be out of business. I came in at 12:45 and she didn't tell me she had an appointment at 1 so she tried to rush and get them done and they look like a two year old did them, so beyond awful. How could you own a business and be okay with this type of product???? A shame. I asked to come in the next day and she didn't want to fix them so she just gave me a refund. Terrible customer service and service of nails, this places needs be closed and her license revoked. NEVER GO HERE! read more

Very sweet technicians. Small business. Did a nice job, but was hurt when they took off the gel polish. The nail was actually burned by the electric nail file and left a distinctive dip in my nail. She apologized. Previously I had asked to have the gel soaked while I had the pedi done. They said "no, we can do it differently later". The polish stayed on for a full two weeks-nice! Two weeks later when I had a new gel manicure done it hurt all over again when the nail was exposed. This different place soaked the nails and only used a manual file to remove. read more

I decided to get my nails done spur of the moment and I was walking by when Miss Rose saw me. She asked me what I would like and if she could help me and I said yes. There was no one else in the shop and she gave me her complete attention and was very attentive the whole entire time. I didn't know that they excepted only cash, so Rose told me that I could run to the ATM really quick to grab some money. I did and I came back with the amount needed and gave her a five dollar tip as well. If I had been able to I would have given her more with the great job that she did.
