My brow wax with Rhiannon was perfect - she really listened to what I was looking for, stopped several times during the appointment to check in to make sure the style and shape were what I was looking for and really nailed it. She was pleasant and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Next was the express mani pedi with Paige. The best I have ever had, hands down. You can tell Paige really cares about what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and perfect, even adding some products to smooth my feet. The shape of my nails is perfect. She was the perfect blend of really polite and respectful while also being friendly and sweet, a consummate professional.. My favorite thing about this super clean salon is how proud the staff are to work there. Each person I encountered clearly loves their job, their coworkers and the owner of the establishment. It was so nice to hear the pride they exude and the excitement about some of the other services they provide. I'll definitely be back to enjoy the Hydrofacial that Rhiannon discussed with me and I have absolutely found my new monthly go to for waxing and nail care. I came in and let them know that I was seeking the above. I was told there would be a 10minute wait prior to the pedicure which was no problem as it gave me time to pick out my nail color. Shortly after a lady had me come back and got started on my pedicure which I thought was great and relaxing especially with the massage chair. Upon completion I thought it was a little weird they did not take me to the table to dry my nails but instead used a box fan to dry them (i know it has been years since I had a pedicure but didn't think that much changed in that time). However, I didn't complain. Now! Once they were done with the pedicure I reminded them I needed my eyebrows waxed. They said it would be another short wait which again was fine as I knew I was a walk in. Mind you, I assume there was only one person this day that could do it but during my pedicures I saw her stop doing nail extensions and take other walk-ins to do waxing. Over 30 minutes later I inquire with the pedicurist and she said she would be with my shortly so I continued to wait. In the meantime another nail appointment came in as she was finishing her current client and was still picking out nail colors. My pedicurist and this technician were talking with each other before the pedicurist came over to me and said she would not be able to get to me anytime soon. What? I understand you had another client come in however, anyone who has ever been to a nail salon knows that they accept walk-ins and will have to step away from you to help someone else. The icing on the cake was when I got home I was sitting cross legged on the couch and went to look at my nails and noticed that some of the nails weren't completely done to the end of the nail and one even had a section that looked like a 2nd coat wasn't completely done on it as it was lighter than the other part. After waiting two weeks with no refund, I called to follow up and was told they would not issue one. In the end, I was charged despite receiving no service at all.
