When I got lost I couldn't even contact them via email or phone to ask them to instruct me where to go. There is no email or a phone line that connects you to the staff. Only a website to book through. I had Hanna and I highly recommend her. She came here about a year ago from Ukraine so she isn't able to fully express herself in English. But she had a great attitude and attention to detail. Also she's great at taking photos of my nails and helped me choose a colour today. I loved how the sparkly milk colour turned out. The place looks nice and their colour choices are very large, but when you have staff that are rude and who are too rough on your hands (my fingers were cut and bleeding when I left) then the colour choices and decor don't really matter.
