I decided to give them another shot and unfortunately working two weeks most of my nails on the right hand were lifting and the thumb that I had the previous issue with lifting was again lifting. I was away on vacation so I was unable to get back in there until today. you can look at my nails and see that I'm not due for a fill. CathI, wh o is the nail tech, was there but didn't come out so the guy who sits next to her "fixed" my nail. not only was it the wrong color but it was streaky and lumpy. once he was done I left. The manager came running outside calling me, ma'am, ma'am, there's a fee for a repair. I asked how was I going to be charged for something that was clearly the techs fault. she's doing something wrong with her application or something. I've been growing my nails for 6 years and have never had these issues. she then informed me that they have policy that you have to get a fill every two weeks or they're not responsible. Who does that??? I've never gotten my nails done that frequently. Long story made short I was charged $12 for something that wasn't my fault and even the repair needs to be repaired. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! Not to mention that I hardly ever spend under $100 for my nails and I ALWAYS tip above and beyond! Customer service is key and once you loose that with me, you've lost me.... nice place but customer service overall has gone down the drain, unfortunately. If you want somebody to design your nails then Cathy is the girl But you can't refuse to come out to fix your work and you definitely can't charge people for something out of their control. Even after the manager saw the nail wasn't correct she still didn't take down on me being charged. She said if you have to tell him, normally I Spillane but today I was on a tight time schedule, but you shouldn't have to tell a tech Joe to do their job. Had I waited maybe 5 more minutes, could have been different. Most of the technicians are nice. However, the owner was the most gentle. Very satisfying to see my cuticles removed and was ocd with keeping my nail bed clean and filing all my tips to be unison. He was quick, but thorough. So far so good. None of my gel mani has ever lifted and lasts me a good month before getting them done again.

The technician used a fake nail to pick at my nails to remove my old nails and ended up breaking two of them. I had to ask her to file down the damaged nails to prevent further breakage. The final result was only mediocre and definitely not worth the $37, especially considering how rough the process was. I also don't expect the nails to last more than about five days. Paying $99 to leave disappointed, with two broken nails, is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I sat in chair #1, and the nail technician didn't greet me or introduce herself. She immediately started doing my nails, and from the beginning, her energy felt very unwelcoming. While doing my nails, she repeatedly nicked my skin. At first, I didn't say anything, but I pulled my hand back slightly to show that I was uncomfortable. Instead of checking to make sure I was okay, she pulled my hand back and continued being rough. Once I spoke up about it, she told me to go to another chair. At that point, I was already uncomfortable and didn't feel confident continuing with another service. The manager did apologize and tried to find another appointment for me, which I appreciated. However, by then, I no longer felt comfortable and decided to leave. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe customers should feel welcomed, comfortable, and respected when receiving a service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
