Did not have a positive experience. I was cut twice on my toes. Requested my nails buffed shiny rather than polish. Technician did put any effort into my nails even though I requested two times. Will not return and heartburn for the amount of money spent. read more

Salon took our reservation for four (my wife, brother in-law & sister in-law) person in a short time today. All nail techs include owner are very friendly and all did a great job. Store is very clean. They offer water, soda and alcohol (after 1pm on Sunday) There is plenty of salon chairs. For our pedicure they covered the tub with plastic bag for sanitation. Best nails ever!! Salon is super clean and techs are kind!! They offered me drinks, gave me a menu to choose exactly which pedicure I wanted with prices for each service!! 6/6/2024. Service was good but the price for 2 people was around 400 dollars. They charged extra secret fees for every service done. The service and end results were average at best, but it was not worth the price. 6/7/2024. 3 calls and a voicemail later they have seen my review and complained of the negativity I have left. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!!! RUN!!!! Came with my family for a nice day out and get mani and pedi and as I got done with my toes I asked the gentlemen to please use NEW MONOMER which is the purple liquid to use on acrylic because the one he had was FILTHY and he refused to change it. I asked him to please understand that I was NOT COMFORTABLE he then again said he "didn't have any" i then told him I did not wish to continue the service, he seemed bothered by what I said but I will not pay for something I DO NOT LIKE!!! I than just sat down on my phone and waited for my family members to get done with their nail services. The same gentlemen took a picture of me WITHOUT MY CONSENT I asked him to PLEASE DELETE IT he than REFUSED I asked him who was his manager and said "what if I don't tell you" we were the LAST CLIENTS OF THE DAY THATS WHY HE ACTED THIS WAY. If you enjoy insults, misogyny and disrespect, then this is the place for you! I brought my sister here on Thursday 10/21 for dip manicures, which did turn out decent so I'll give them a star for that. My sister was in town to visit me for the first time since I moved to Destin, and I was determined to show her a good time on her first day in my new city. Terry, the manager, was helping with both mine and my sister's manicures. He walked over to my sister to place the finishing touches on her nails, and he looked at her point blank and said "Your sister is much prettier than you." My jaw about dropped to the floor and I immediately told him that was an extremely offensive comment to make. He just laughed it off while my sister sat there mortified. There is absolutely NO excuse for demeaning somebody's appearance like that, especially a paying customer! I am disgusted with this place and will never come back. read more

I had really high hopes for this place. Considering it's location and the way the salon looked. I'm hoping it was just the person that did my nails. She was way too rough on my hands and over cut my index finger cuticle. I said that's my finger not my cuticle her reply was " I know" not I'm sorry or anything else. She was sloppy the whole way and had to spend quite a long time cleaning up edges and getting hardened dip powder off my fingers. I went home with it all over the place. maybe i had a bad experience here but i definitely wouldn't recommend. from the time walking in, picking a color and sitting in the chair was all lovely. nice staff but one ( she was hard core giving my friend the dirtiest looks) when it got the the actual getting my nails done it was fine the shape was really good and the technique was in point. when it got to the painting this is where it all went down hill. the nude polish was kinda of translucent so they should have done more than 2 coats because you can see the layers of actual acrylic through the polish. i pick a simple swirl design; it was good for it being and nail tech that doesn't nail art for al there clients. later that day some of my gel peeled off, no biggie it happens but when i got in the shower almost all my gel was peeling up!! this should not happen. i was recommended here by a friend but i would probably not be returning. read more
