They have large massage chairs for pedicures and cute pink stations for manicures. The offer complimentary drinks with your service and all the employees are super welcoming and nice! I got a milk + honey pedicure and was in absolute heaven. Mei brought out this full tray of lotions and scrubs and even used this steamer while massaging my legs! It is indeed a beautiful place, but quality lacking. I had a pedicure Monday i noticed at the time it wasn't the prettiest or consistent paint job ever but whatever I was already there an hour and a half, and she did redo a nail before i left. then Wednesday one of my toes was missing all the polish, so I went t back in and asked for them to fix my polish after all a $75 pedicure should last more than 3 days. The tech just painted the one toe that was missing all the polish, then added topcoat in the nail next to that toe(that was all blotchy), and did t even look at the other toes to see the bubbles and inconsistencies. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and seated in the waiting area until my appointment started. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They have a bar with snacks and offer wine or mimosas. I love how the pedicure chair a situated around the perimeter of the salon and nail stations are in the middle. My nail service was impeccable. I got Bryan on a whim bc I didn't make an appt prior. They got me in within 10 mins of sitting down even thought it was very busy on Veterans Day @900. He was great. Took his time on my dip powder medium length natural nails. I love his attention to detail. I was lucky he did my gel pedi too. I will be back and become one of his regulars! As soon as you stepped foot into Beal Nail Spa, you were immediately greeted and taken care of. they have snacks along with drinks to make sure your whole experience is comfortable although sometimes it does take a little while to get your nails done the time flies by because you really feel like you're in a spa. I am writing this review because of mistreatment not as a client but a former worker. I do not recommend! I repeat DO NOT RECOMMEND Working for BEAL NAIL LOUNGE. I felt like a complete slave for these people. Not only did they put me down every single day but they have made fun of the way I look and have made fun of my size.They made it a toxic environment for myself and coworkers. In my opinion it is unprofessional. I decided to quit my job because of the lack of management and because I was tired of being poorly treated. I cried everyday after work, straight exhaustion. I worked long hours with no breaks. When I needed time off they wouldn't work with me. These people have lied to us from the beginning. They told us it was going to be a good environment no drama and they were going to be more understanding of everything. I was finally looking forward to working for a good environment salon and owners who finally understood me and would respected me. It started off amazing and it almost felt like my dream job. But I was wrong as time went these people continued to come up with the silliest rules that made absolute no sense. They even pulled out a noncompete contract. They lied to us about having paid two weeks vacation. They're super inconsiderate of our time with our family's and personal life. Vinny specifically has mocked my language and would also make rude comments about us infront of clients. They thought lowering our pay for a way of punishment for taking time off work would be acceptable. On top of that if we wanted to take time off to eat or take a break it was almost impossible. Not only are they super selfish/money hungry people they do not care for their employees. As I quit they rudely packed up my expensive tools and handed it to me with a sly smile on their face. I'm hurt as I brought in many customers that specifically ask for me. With my talent and hard work I believe I was not treated as such. As excited as I was to work there, I feel this is an appropriate review to make as for my personal well being I tried working with them and left respectfully. read more

So I've been to this place about 4 times and they're a really great spa! My nails usually last a long time and they do give a great pedicure/manicure. The place is decorated super nicely and they're polite for the most part. Most importantly, they're very clean and sanitary with their equipment and also COVID precautions. The reason I've dropped two stars is because: 1) they're always insanely busy. Each time I have gone, I've always made an appointment. Granted they do have a lot of business which is absolutely great for them, they tend to overbook their appointments to where I'd show up and still have to wait 10-20 minutes to be seated. And then when I get seated, my pedicure or manicure is superrrrrr rushed because they want the technician to move on to the next customer already. I can definitely go somewhere to get a cheaper pedicure and manicure, but I figure if I'm gonna pay more then I better get a nice relaxing treatment. But sometimes you can see the anxiety of the technician trying to rush. I had one tech tell me they haven't even gotten to eat lunch and she told whoever was in charge that she was going to take a break after she was through with me, but they immediately pushed another client on her before I was even done so I felt pretty bad for her. And she had to rush through my manicure and it was kind of annoying. 2) I took my husband with me to get a pedicure before we moved away and decided to visit them a final time. I specifically told the host at the front I wanted a certain pedicure package for both of us. She looked at me and said ok. My husband and I waited for about 20 minutes to get seated again. Finally got seated. The nail techs asked us again what treatment we wanted. I told her. She repeated after me and said ok. The pedicure went well and then we went to the counter to pay. I ended up getting up charged for a treatment I didn't request for either of us and it was a total of extra $20 when their regular pedicure is kinda pricey as well. The technician came forward to the counter to verify what I was paying for. I looked at her and said "but I didn't ask you for that treatment". She said "well that's the one I gave you guys... so..." to avoid confrontation, my husband and I just paid and left. But honestly. That wasn't cool. I feel like they need to pay closer attention to what the customer is asking for and go through with it. Because I know what I asked for and I don't know the packages as well as the technicians do. So I don't think it was fair that they up charged me. I love some of the employees I have had a pedicure/manicure with before (like Vinny, Rissa and Daniella were awesome) but this last time I went kind of disappointed me. All in all, they're a good nail spa! They're gonna make you wait unless it's a slow day. But having an appointment is almost pointless. read more

Impressed with the decor, but not the service. No love for my cuticles. They weren't pushed back so my natural short nails looked stubby when they were done over an hour later! It shouldn't take that long to paint my natural/short nails. No extension. Just shape and color. My pedi massage was nice (hence the 2 stars) but I left without them finishing because the guy that was doing my pedi disappeared and I was sitting there for 20+ minutes wondering what was going on. For being there for over 3 hours(!!!) I'll go elsewhere for my mani/pedi. read more

This is my favorite nail salon I've ever been to and now I'm a re occurring customer. The services and the staff are amazing. Linda always does such a beautiful job on my nails and she's so sweet. I noticed some reviews complaining about price but I want to make it very clear that this isn't your ordinary nail spot. You don't walk in and they tell you to just choose a color off the wall. They sit you down and actually want to hear what you vision for your nails and they are all super talented! For the services and art that she's done I totally understand that it is a little more pricey. (I attached some pictures of some of the great designs Linda has done on my nails) I've always been taken well care of and I will continue to come back. Terrible! Booked an appointment at 1:00. Arrived on time and they were not busy. A couple of the technicians were standing around talking and did not address us as we had been waiting for 10 minutes. After 21 minutes of waiting, we had enough, especially with having other errands to be done. As we stood up to walk out, we we're finally addressed by one of the technicians (who had just been playing with the curtains) and said they're ready for us. I would be more understanding if the technicians would have apologized for the wait and had explained why they weren't ready for us at our scheduled appointment time. Instead we were ignored at left sitting there for 21 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to stick to it? Unacceptable. read more
