I've been going here for about 12 years, the service is somewhat friendly, it's usually crowded, the smell of chemicals is strong, but I'm always satisfied with their service. I usually only get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed. They always do a good job with the exception of the polish, they never quite get it to the edges on every nail, despite who does it. I've been to other places but this one is always busy because they are good. I've had eyelashes done here and was very happy with them, however after several months of doing this my real ones were sparse and it took about 2 years for them to get right again. I just tried a place locally and wasn't happy and I'm willing to drive 8 miles to go to this location. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's always inanely busy when I go despite the large staff they have to accommodate. the older lady used too much glue on my nails, cut me 3 times while filing, yanking my hands, and getting mad because I was telling her she did a terrible file job. Only chair #1 can do nails up there and she's out of town. 0/10 recommend, and will not be returning. If anyone needs w good nail shop, try Paris spa on 9 mile and Ryan. Awful! Please do not waste your hard earned money. Prices not posted and they're making them up as they go. They have terrible customer service and the energy in here is toxic. They're up selling tactics are annoying and the pushy shellac upgrade is insulting. The shellac is more quality and chips within days. Leaving out for travel, I only went because I was in a rush. They charged me $35 for a basic, full set with no explanation of how they got to this price. The new owner made up a host of lies and later explained saying I was charged for coffin shape, repairs and soak off!!!!! How?! With a full set! Neither did I request coffin. I requested an overlay and opted out of the cut down. They won't be in business long doing dirty business. This community deserves better! Bring Kim back! Enjoy the $10 tip! I'll be investing in a dipping powder kit because they'll never touch my hands. read more

Don't go here. It's a hot ghetto mess on the inside. Wouldn't dare put my foot in that pedicure bowl. I went for nothing but a polish change. Regular polish on my toes. Shellac on my fingers. You would think she'd start with my toes to give them more time to dry. But she didn't. Started with the shellac. The shellac wasn't as neat as I'm used to. Polish on my cuticles. She did my toes and I noticed a spot that looked like she wiped a bit of the polish off by mistake, while "cleaning up" the polish. I had to go home and fill in that spot. Then I noticed the clear polish on top of the shellac didn't cover the entire nail and while doing hardly nothing a whole corner of the shellac on my middle finger nail lifted shellac should last 2 weeks!!!!!! I had to used my regular clear polish to top that nail off and hope it does not come all the way off. I can already tell this polish won't last for even a week. And the kicker....they charged me $30 ‍ read more

First time going here, only because they were open later than most places and they were absolutely terrible. Went in and asked for a pedi and full set. They had my feet soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to me. The guy was super rough on my feet, and it was clear I was uncomfortable. He scrubbed my feet with a brush you use to clean underneath nails and ended up cutting both of my ankles open. I have bristle line scabs all over my feet. My toe nails aren't even filed evenly, and the paint job is mediocre. Once they finished the awful pedicure that took an hour and a half because the guy kept getting up and attending other customers, they sent me over to a lady to do my nails. I told her I did not want my nails done anymore and left. So glad I didn't get my nails done here!!! Terrible. read more

Things seemed very unorganized and employees were aggressively yelling at me in another language because I was confused about which nail station to go to. I have been going here for about 6 months and decided to get a soak off so my nails could breath. Plus it was time a new full set. Once my nails were off I realized I had nail fungus growing on my real nails. Talk about pissed! After research I learned nail fungus grows due using equipment that is unsanatized and nail lifting then resealing the nail. I was then forced to go to Sally's and purchase $30 worth of products to help me with the fungus. I will never be back again. read more

today I went to nail palace for the first time in quite a while. I use to be a regular customer, and was very very happy with their work. the technician assigned to me today work was adequate. he did a lot of price manipulation, but what really really upset me was when he brought my receipt and card he would not give it to me until I fill in the blank "tip" line. ( I had no intention of tipping him!) I wrote 2.00 he said "change it to 3.00 after that he released my card. I immediately reported him to the person in charge, she did not show much interest . I wish I could take this further, but I don't know how. Am I wrong to think no one should bully or even ask a customer for a tip. He said his name Peter. read more
