Gorgeous colors but extremely expensive! I got a gel full set with a coffin shape and my brows waxed and that was only supposed to cost about $36 but Instead they charged $56 which is $20 more than they were supposed to charge. There is a nail salon right up the street called Nails 4 U which I recommend if u want to get a full set read more

I tried giving this place sooooo many tries... But I've wasted too much money with them for ugly nails. It depends on who you get to do your nails and if they have enough time to do them. Absolutely terrible. I only give it 2 stars because the young lady who did my pedicure was a sweet heart but did a half ass job on my pedicure. Did the basics, a quick scrub and no massage. I really hate to bring in race but unfortunately I am. Three white women in and were sat right next to me and were treated totally differently. I mean even greater as if they were super stars or something. They were offered even water. As it was time for me to pay, I walked up to the front and greeted the two gentlemen and said " Hi, I would like to cash out please". One of them told the guy who had headphones in his ears something and we went to the register. As I was reading the sign that stated " tips only in cash" he was waving his hands in my face saying hellloooo" to get my attention and I politely told him " do not do that" I'm reading your sign". These people are rude and I will not ever go here again. read more

My daughter and I stopped in here after we were treated rudely at luv's on Hall Road. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was neat and clean. My daughter is nine and this was her first time at the salon. Candice did her nails and was very gentle with her. She was friendly and asked me if I would like to try shellac nail polish. Now since it has been years since I have had my nails done, I had many questions. She answered them all and was very patient. They had a ton of colors to choose from and reasonable at 20 dollars for the shellac and 7 for my daughters nails. I love my nails! There is not a streak, chip, or smudge on any of them. I found this nail salon after driving by and seeing the weekday nail specials. The sign listed specials on gel nails and spa pedicures. Both of which I needed. When I first walked in the nail salon was clean and the staff promptly said hello. The problem came when I was handed a "menu". The specials weren't really specials but upselling charges. Looking at the prices I decided to just treat myself to a gel manicure (or shellac) and a hot stone pedicure. The pedicure lasted 20 minutes. I paid an additional 20 for a luke warm stone to be ran up and down my leg.......once.....then a cool towel applied to it. I was annoyed. I asked for a French application and it looked terrible. Not to mention the nail polish didn't last a week. A WEEK?!? Seriously most French applications last two weeks. Now to the gel nails. I was moved to the front of the store where an older lady was sitting waiting for a customer. Or so I thought. I had to sit for a few minutes while she and I quote "finish texting my friend".........While waiting for her to finish her enthralling text conversation a woman sitting across the aisle stood up and yelled "I'm about tired of all this %$#@ up-selling!! I'm paying for what you did but that's it!!!" At which the younger guy doing her nails started laughing and said "why so mad at me?!? how about I not charge you for the removal fee?" Seriously?! Okay so now I know this place nickels and dimes every penny out of you. All the yelling did prove to stop the older lady from texting and allowed her to focus on her job........painting my nails. Avoid this place!! I paid $90 for shoddy nails and a headache. read more

Went here in the past 2-3 years ago it was great. Best pedicure ever. Nice long foot massage. A real massage not just spreading lotion on skin. Then I went back and they tried to tell me when to come in I told themwhen I was free for an apt. They made the apt. I came in and still waited then got my pedicure. Dark and dirty. Nail tech was slow and shaky. he applied very thick polish and was all over my skin. Spent 5 minutes trying to "clean up" my nails. Save yourself time and risk of infection. There were used manicure bowls on floor and tools were not wrapped or out of sterilizer , he took them out of desk drawer. Terrible and disgusting. read more

I went to this place with a friend, and I had the gentleman give me a pedicure and while trimming my cuticles he ripped the skin. When I said it hurt to put it back in the water, he said you'll be fine. I didn't even realize he broken skin until after (and that was the reason it hurt). He quickly finished and then charged me full price. I didn't get infection - but not a place I would suggest. read more

Would never go to the place again or ever recommend anyone to come here! My acrylics are HORRIBLE. Most of them are hanging over onto the skin on the sides of my nails and all different lengths. They are so far away from my cuticles that they look like the need to be filled already. The nail polish job was awful!!! Streaks everywhere.. Looks like a kindergartner did them. Waste of money. Had to remove all the nail polish and redo them myself! Don't waste your time or money!!! read more

We walked in, no appointment and they were lovely. We came for an underarm wax. Ended up getting their package for a full face with it. The mask the lady used was soothing and smelled great. She gave us a 10.00 discount for the day and a 10.00 return coupon. The whole thing was 70.00. Can't get that value many other places. AND you are right next to a Pokestop so you can sit and just collect Pokeballs while you wait. I watched a few ladies get Mani-Pedis and one even fell asleep. My friend and I came to this location to get our eye brows done about 2 weeks ago and they did a great job. We decided we wanted to get our nails done here the following week. I must say this was by far the worst work either of us had ever see. So very disappointed when we left. She had someone do a grey ribbon on 2 fingers and let me say they were the worst ribbons I have ever seen not centered and you could see every brush stroke. Her nails werent even, even she asked to get them a little shorter she was completely ignored. Disgusting!!!! Then my nails were nothing like I had asked you could see the paint so piled on it looked as if I had plastic layered on my nails. And then instead of fixing the whole problem when it would bubble she kept painting over it oh and let's not forget she also decided to paint my fingers in the process and not remove it. We also took my daughter to get her very first mani-pedi and I was very disgusted how they just put her to soak her feet then when the lady came to do her nails was rolling her eyes and completely rude paid no mind to anything she was doing while doing my daughters nails except look out the window. Not just that but I felt like my nails were in war, feeling sore and bleeding. and they left one hand longer than the other... Like seriously why do u do nails. By far the worst pedicure I've ever got! I got the deluxe which is supposed to be super nice but it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all! She cut the side of my toe with the scrub...burnt the heck out of my leg with a hot stone (the other tech was trying to coach her on how to cool the stone off properly) and it didn't even feel like any sort of massage at all! Definitely not worth the $47 they charge for it! Also on the menu they hand out it says free designs on your big toes with that pedicure...well guess who didn't get designs on her toes...this girl! I have been getting mani/pedis from this salon since 2013. Since that time the quality and overall experience has deteriorated. Regarding a pedicure I had, the gentleman tried to set the shellac with acetone which resulted in a smudged polish finish. He tried to shrug it off and seemed stunned with the result. I told him he should be using rubbing alcohol to set the finish. At this point, I was extremely upset bc this was taking up a lot of my time in addition to the poor result. He ended up filing the polish off with the electric tool which caused my toenails to burn. Then, he repolished them. The result was better but that experience was not enjoyable. Regarding manicures, the quality has declined. I always get a shellac mani. The person who has always done my manis has failed to properly seal the polish by not applying the top coat properly which results in lifting and the occasional chipping. The top coat is not being applied up to the cuticle and is only being very lightly applied to the area of the nail where the polish was applied. In addition to this, the salon is very short staffed. I have been a loyal customer. I am not using the word client bc this salon does not deliver a true spa experience. This culmination is forcing me to make a switch to a different salon. read more
