I payed $65 for a fill and asked for a French tip. I was cut multiple time by the drill and was pulling my hand away in pain. At one point she was grinding the side of my finger. When she was painting the French tip it wasn't looking right so I kindly asked her if she could fix it. She ignored me. I then talked to the manager and she was very rude to me and belittled me about how I should have just spoken up (which I did). She then "fixed" my nails. They are overly thick and almost chunky. The polish is not even and they are messy. When I payed I left a tip and she made a face that almost asked "that's it". This was my second bad experience here and I will never be returning. People are rude and make you feel like you're in the wrong even though you are the one paying for a service. If this is their customer service, no wonder it's never busy. read more

Nail tech Jerry did a very nice pedicure on my tired callused feet, which hadn't had a professional pedicure in a couple of years. He was friendly and polite. The leg and foot massage was wonderful! He did a lovely job applying the gel polish - it looks great! Jerry's white station cart was neat and clean. In fact, all the stations around me appeared very clean. I popped in around 1pm on a Saturday, and the salon was full - very busy. I observed some nail techs chatting with their clients, and a few chatted with their neighboring tech, and others quietly attended to the person in their chair. The next time I am in Fargo, I plan on returning to Nails Pro, and I will request an appointment with Jerry. read more

I got a pedicure today ..... it was the second time I'd been there. I like getting gel because the polish lasts a long time. That is an additional $15. I got the $35 pedicure so my total = $50. When I got up to pay, it was $60! Apparently I picked out a "special" color that was $10 extra. NOTHING was said and quite frankly, upcharging $25 for the polish is absolutely ridiculous. There was something he did with a little steel peice of metal I guess that made streaks in the color. It looks awesome but $25 !!!!! I won't go back. read more

We went there on Halloween for pedicures and it was wonderful! The techs took their time and we really felt pampered. Last night...not so much! Three of us went in for pedicures and I also was getting a manicure....a manicure...not gel polish my nails, slightly clip my cuticles, and rub lotion quickly on my hands...for $30.00. We got an Organic Luxury pedicure...where the lotions/scrub are the reason for the cost, because again, they quickly scrubbed and rubbed our feet. We felt very rushed and unappreciated. At the end, if you are paying with a card, you have to tell them ahead of time if you want to tip on the card...otherwise they run your card and it's too late to tip after. Sorry for them, no tips were given since I didn't have cash. Plus, $75 for a 40 minute mani/pedi when I had to go home and clip my cuticles still is sufficient to cover for a tip also. It sucks that this experience was enough for us not to return since the first experience was so great. read more

I have a crazy schedule and rarely have the organization to call ahead, but I am almost always able to get in when I show up. They do a great job and on the rare occasion that I break one before or need a repaint, they have always worked me in free of charge. I have gone here forever and have had this issue multiple times.. I go and ask for dip nails (it's my first time). They start filing my nails with that drill thing and nick me multiple times. Then leave them all bumpy and I mention something so she very strongly starts bugging them to the point my hand is hurting... She also dipped my fingers directly into the dip that everyone is using. I said I want a nude color and she convinces me to do an "ombré" with glitter. So I say okay fine. She does it and 1. It is NOT ombre 2. I paid $10 extra for it when that was not disclaimed and I did not ask for it 3. I understand dip is thicker! but my nails are circular nubs... All in all I left very unhappy. Can I give this a minus rating?? It forced me to rate at least one star. Literally the worst nail job I've ever had done!! When I didn't get done what they wanted me to get done instead of what I wanted to get done, they literally crowded around me and bullied me into paying a hundred dollars for a full set that looks like garbage, pardon my language. I don't feel any other words are appropriate. I have never been so disrespected in all my life for A service I was paying for and a ridiculous amount at that. Needless to say, my husband will be coming with me in the morning to get the rest of my money back and to speak to the manager, but I doubt it will end much differently. I would never recommend this place to someone I hated. And if you can avoid it, do at all costs. It's unsanitary, the people are rude, it's overpriced and they did a really terrible job. They have probably bullied countless people into nails they didnt want and looked offended at the idea of having to do their jobs. So first time there, the wait time was little to none even though they were busy. Prom is this weekend so I understand. But the gal I got was really new or just plain lazy. I asked for an ombré and she told me no. Whatever I'm in a hurry anyways. Well I've been getting acrylics for a while now so I'm familiar with the process. She skipped making sure my nails were the same length. I had to ask and then she spoke her first language with her neighbor there. Cool clearly talking about me but whatever. A gal in a row behind me mentioned they didn't polish her one nail all the way and they just pushed her to the drier. and then they proceeded to talk shit about her, giggling and looking her way. Like at least don't make it obvious. Then I mentioned I wanted more of a coffin shape. The gal started talking about me again. Whatever I'm paying for a service. As she's painting the black on, she's like $50 $50 today. I'm like ok that's fine you didn't fix three nails but however as she was painting them before she put on the matte, I noticed they weren't painted all the way on the sides. I asked her to fix and she charged me an extra $10 for it. Dumb. Oh and she also didn't ask me to wash my hands in between after all the shaping and buffing is done. I went in for a full set here last weekend- I asked to have them square and narrowed. My nails were not squared or narrowed- Unfortunately, (and a lot of nail techs decide they think a different idea will look better) he decided it looked more natural for them to be wide and rounded at the edges, and that's not what I asked for. The biggest issue I had is that he didn't give me the option for a top coat and charged me an additional $15 for gel that I didn't ask for. The pricing was also a lot higher than what I'm used to. $30 for a basic pedicure??? Are you kidding me??? I have also tried Lux Nails across the way in the mall, which apparently is owned by the same owner. I experienced a very rushed gel polish manicure, and was talked out of what I asked for because they claim they aren't able to do a french gel manicure. I had to walk out mid-pedicure with my feet wet, because I could not stand the rude nail technician, who was using dirty tools, had a dirty cart, and was eating and drinking from his cart the whole time. Did my callous removal DRY. The only thing he said to me was YOU HAVE TO PICK YOUR COLOR RIGHT NOW, HURRY UP. That was enough for me. Went in for removal of acrylic nails and for a gel polish. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. They had a large staff to accommodate the customers, and everyone was very personable. The main woman (manager?) was multitasking a little too much though. She sat customers, assigned their techs to them, answered the phone all while working on my nails, but at least she was efficient! I frequent this hot spot in the mall one to two times a month. When I was pregnant, I got mani-pedis almost weekly during the last few months. My mom, grandmother, sister, and many different friends visit this place as well. I have never had to wait for a chair. The massage chairs are fantastic, and the entirely Asian staff is even better. They always make pleasant conversation if you are open to talk, and they make a great effort to recognize their regulars. There is a flat screen TV that usually has sports or news on if that suits you. I usually get the Delux Pedicure which is an hour of exfoliation, massage, pumace stone, and foot mask. I have paid much more in Chicago and Vegas for nail services, and no one has touched Nails Pro. One note: they prefer cash or check for tips... although I think I have left it on the credit slip. Only downfall for some: atmosphere does not cater to those looking for a peaceful spa. It is more of a beauty-shop social atmosphere(which I think most embrace). read more

HORRIBLE! Going here, they are sooo busy that they rush you through before you can even relax! I got a pedicure for the first time ever and had to go back the next day to get it redone as they put the nail polish on so quickly it never dried...They didnt even accept responsibility and tried to claim it was my fault and that I had bumped my toe on something before letting it dry!, when really it rubbed right off hours later because they didnt let it dry between layers....My sister came with and had acrylics put on and they filed down too far, so it was painful and left dark red lines across her nails....they look terrible and she could have gotten an infection! My friend and I called a head of time and made an appointment so that we knew we would get in right away. We showed up 15 min early. We got in but they did such a sloppy rush job it was horrible. We have a very noticeable gap between base beginning of Where the nail actual starts. They are NOT painted fully in some spots. Just an all out horrible rush job! Never going here again. read more

The lady who did my feet was some kind of torture specialist. She dug too far into my nails, I said ouch and flinched about 12 times and she just kept smiling and asked "did that hurt?" I am from Las Vegas and have lived and travel through Chicago, New York and Minneapolis. Nail pro does an ok job for Fargo but they are not spectacular. That should have been my first clue to run. When I was getting my pedicure, the girl stopped several times to look at her phone and text. She was very rough and cut the bottom of my foot!
