Well I've found my new nail spa!! They have a wonderful website detailing all their services and what to expect. You can make your appt on line and can either choose your favorite nail tech or whoever is available. Being new I chose whomever was available to give a pedicure, and Sandy did not disappoint! She was so kind, did an amazing job! I love they offered a complimentary beverage and the massage chairs are fabulous! The salon was clean - all items used are once and thrown - wonderful choice of nail polish, regular or gel. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the salon itself was so nicely decorated. I went in and asked the pricing for a gel manicure. I was quoted $54. I wasn't able to communicate at all with my nail tech, so I ended up not wanting to put any polish on my nails. They still wanted to charge me the $54 (gel is usually $20+). They charged me $45, after I asked why it wasn't less. $45 for just a manicure with no regular or gel polish. I paid but that doesn't sit right with me. The salon was not very clean either, at least what I observed at the station I was sitting at. Would not return here. What could have been a return customer for y'all is now a bad review and assurance I'd never return or recommend anyone here. read more

I travel to Fargo 3 times a year and always wait to get my nails done here. Lori is amazing, it might cost a bit more than at home but she does such an amazing job and the massage alone is well worth the cost. If you are in town I recommend getting an appointment. Very rude man that works here. He was very rude to me. I cannot imagine how he treats the women who work there. Verbally offensive. Awful person. "You don't like it. You leave." $39... for this. The actual worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Aside from getting cut by the file machine, getting my hands pushed and pulled on, insisting that "they're the right colors, I would know", my nails being cut down to the bed, awkward silence the whole time, her starting over multiple times on the leaves, I'm leaving with nails I'm totally dissatisfied with. Had a great day leading up to this, and walking away hurt that my Christmas gift was wasted on this. Went back in to tell them I was dissatisfied, I didn't think it was worth $39, and asked if there was any way to fix it. She told me it was because my "nails were too short" and they look bad because I need acrylic nails. She then looked at me like I was an idiot and laughed at me as I left crying because I don't appreciate the nails I received. I've never left a bad review, but I was really played by the reviews saying it was a "great place to go". After sitting in a chair for over an hour to leave with these nails and such service, I'd give it 0/5 stars if I could. read more

I scheduled a pedicure today, arrived and they did get me in a chair right away. When the recognition started she did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted and did not even greet me. The pedicure was rough and very painful cuticle cleaning. She spent maybe 15 min on me... the group across from where already getting pedicure when mine started and I was done before them. She scrubbed my heals about 10 sec each, so my heals still look horrible. They got a hot towel on each leg, I got one thrown across my legs. It was so bad, I sadly will never go back. read more

This place has gone downhill! The nail technicians are not as friendly. My dips are VERY thick and lumpy and she jabbed my big toe with an instrument and now it is infected!!! I do not think they sterilize their instruments. The only thing they have going for them is location. The fact that it is never busy should be a red flag too! I do not recommend and won't be back unless I sue them for loss of my toe due to infection! read more

Really not happy with the pedi. I went in late Sunday so I was thankful they got me in but the girl didn't trim or file my nails even. Two toenails are slanted! The paint job was fine but I need to get it touched up because the sides aren't covered. Last, I still have dead skin that should've been taken care of during the pedi. I've been here several times now and it's fantastic! The salon is clean and the pedis are worth it. I would spend the extra $10 to get the deluxe pedi because the citrus scrub, mask and extra massage make it total worth it!! Gel manicures are also great. It's lasted the length it should. The salon itself is new, modern & clean. Everyone that works there seems to be very polite and professional. The pedi massage chairs are state-of-the-art, very comfortable and I loved the massage feature. They DO do gel. Tips (for extensions), acrylic base with gel polish on top. Venice (am I saying his name right??), did my gel nail extensions on my hands. He did a good job, very efficient and under an hour. Apparently he is originally from Los Angeles and followed a job to be the manager of this particular nail salon. He knows his stuff and has a cocky attitude. My recommendation? If you are in a hurry and you need to get your gels done ASAP, he is the nail guy for you. If your schedule is tight and you need something done in an emergency, he will get the job done quickly and well enough to do the job. However, if you have more time, and you are meticulous (& fussy) about your nails, I would go with a nail tech who will spend 2 hours on your nails and do an absolutely perfect job. read more

I went in for a pedicure and gel nails... I usually see the guy there and have been going to this salon for years. However, the guy left and doesn't work there anymore so I had to go to a different person. Big mistake, I didn't get what I asked for (I told her I wanted gel nails and she did an acrylic fill) AND there are cuts on my fingers. I paid $95 to get an okay acrylic fill and my toes painted. Maybe I didn't communicate enough with her but I will not be going there again. read more

Would not recommend this place. Unsanitary. The worker ( vanis) was literally sniffling and actively sick and yet was handling my hands or nails like no one's business. I question the regulations on sanitation in this kinds of places. Only one person in the whole place spoke English- which makes me wonder if those workers are even legal or have license (I guess you can acquire a nasty infection from their dirty equipments but can't have anyone there accountable). Nonetheless, they can do a poor basic gel manicure. This is not a place to get pampered. There was nothing luxurious or pampering in my experience of this place yet THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND CRAPPY. I arrived within an hour and fifteen minutes of closing, so I realize they may have been in a rush to finish up so they could shut down. I had a gift certificate so went here. I said I wanted the Pedi Spa but was done in 20 minutes and wouldn't say it was anything relaxing. Had an older Vietnamese gentleman do it and he was mumbling in his native tongue the whole time and obviously arguing with the lady working next to him. She wasn't saying anything to begin with but then she had obviously had enough of his mumbling also and started talking back to him in their native tongue. Then one of the other girls walked by and seemed to tell them to quit arguing, which didn't happen. I wanted a design, but didn't dare ask for that for as crabby as he was and for the crappy job he was already doing. I still have money left on my gift certificate but may try selling it rather than going back to this place. read more
