I came with my friend to get her nails and eyebrows done. I decided to get my eyebrows done as well. We waited under 30 mins to be seen which wasn't bad. The establishment is clean and well lit. The lady who did my eyebrows was not welcoming at all. The wax she used was not the best. I had to go home and pluck some more. I'm glad I was only visiting. read more

My mother and I had the pleasure of stumbling on their grand opening. The salon itself was super clean and gorgeous. Their customer service was superb and the services were lovely. We both got pedicures and I got a gel manicure. They matched my color I brought in for my toes perfectly with a gel for my nails they had in stock and were super helpful. Asked if we were enjoying ourselves every step of the way and we're overall very accommodating. Will be coming back even though we live in Bloomington! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The facility is beautiful and clean. I really hate leaving reviews that are not good, but I feel like this should be known to the owners. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure went great and looks perfect. But once I left I noticed on my fingernails there were streaks of heavier paint, and the tips were also darker because of the heavier paint. I came in with orange nails that I had painted myself, (my natural nails, and not gel paint) and after my manicure, there was still remnants of orange polish around a few of my cuticles. I chose a very faint pink color, so the orange clashed. I did not notice either of these issues until I was walking back into work looking at my nails in the sunlight. This salon is very close to my house, and I was so excited to be a regular customer. I really do not have the time in my schedule to chance another unsatisfied visit, nor do I want to spend the money. I'm genuinely sorry to leave this review. I hope some changes are made and you are a very successful salon. read more
