UPDATE: On BAD hair stylist, Threasa Gregory @ Snip It Hair Salon. This is a message a friend sent me on messenger. I seen that on her web site. Very sad I think, she posted a picture of my hair before, and what I found funny( not necessarily ha, ha) but any woman who wakes up of the morning with hairspray and gel in their hair with no heat curls (google no heat curls) if you haven't heard of them, no damage is done to the hair it's self, but brushes it out before going to a hair appointment is going to look frizzy and even dry. Theresa didn't cut my hair after coloring it. She used no foil or cap to get the results I asked for. The lighting in her salon due too outside overcast and bad lighting I could not see the back of my hair to see it clearly, but when I got home I went down to my sisters house, Deana Stater my aunt Betty and aunt Sandy were also there they are both hair beauticians (retired), but when they asked me how much I paid they all told me I got took! Deana called Theresa, posing as a wanna be customer, describing my hair type and length as well as what I wanted done. Theresa gave Deana a quote of up to 100.00. I called Theresa back simply asking why she charged me $160.00, she gave a couple of excuses or reasons like she charged me by the hour... which both of my aunts laughed when they heard her say this and commented " that Hairstylist don't charge by the hour" this was something that they never heard of in their profession. when I told her that my sister was the one who had just called she started raising her voice at me then screamed "I don't give a fuck" then hung up on me, I tried calling back, but she wouldn't answer. I not once yelled, or cursed at her, not once! But she felt the need to block me on FB and Messenger. I later seen what she posted on her Business website after I gave her a bad review. I believe she hurt herself more on a business level than she did trying to hurt me or my feelings. She'll never get any business from me or my family ever again. Thanks for sharing is pic with me because I am going to post it on FB to show anyone who who reads it just how unprofessional she is. So very sad. The picture of the hair color is not what I got!!! I could've bought hair color at Walmart and got what she done to my hair... very disappointed! read more

Teresa not only has years of experience and know how to make you both look and feel beautiful, but she is communicative every step of the way! I went in to have my brows touched up from years ago, and she not only corrected them and remapped me to make sure they matched my face, but she was thorough in explaining the process and why she was doing the thing she was. When I had a hair stylist mess my hair up BAD a week before my wedding, she made room for me and got me in, fixed my hair (and gave me a discount because she's a sweetheart), and literally offered to come help with the wedding and decorate. All around great experience. Theresa adjusted her schedule to accommodate my quick request for a Brazilian blowout + color. I requested a specific shade of blonde but she recommended something a little different based upon my skin tone. She was RIGHT! Friends and family agreed. I have also scheduled Microblading with her. She has studied microblading techniques for months (not the 2 day workshops). My appt is late August and I'll return to this post to upload before and afters. read more

I do not recommend going to Teressa Gregory for permanent makeup, this has been an awful experience, I wanted powder brows to enhance my appearance so I wasnt taking so long getting ready for my day, now I don't bother with even getting ready because I'm embarrassed to leave my house with these God Awful eyebrows. I went for my perfecting session (after 6 weeks) told her I wanted then removed, she got defensive told me that's why there is a perfecting session to address all the things you don't like and fix them, I believed she was going to fix it(make them better) all she done was make it 10xs worse, I wish I could add a picture, I don't want others to have to go through this...... read more

BEST PLACE TO RECEIVE AN EYELASH LIFT!! Teresa was super nice and talked me through EVERYTHING she was doing and applying to my eyelid BEFORE she did it!! One of my eyes eyelashes were being stubborn but she kept working with it until it gave up! Also the online booking made it super easy to book my appointment and to know the price of all there services they offer! 10/10 will be coming back to get another lift in the future!! read more

I did NOT have a good experience here. I had an appointment to have my hair and makeup done for an event (my 30th birthday pictures) and it was a nightmare. Theresa (the owner) started with my makeup and when it was done, I looked in the mirror, and almost broke down into tears. For it being my 30th birthday I ended up looking 20 years OLDER with every line and wrinkle visible and CAKED with a thick makeup. It looked like I was on my way to a casket, not a party. Then we go to the hair and it was on par with the makeup experience. I asked for "waves" and what I got was an attempted "pin up" look and it turned out like a tangled rat's nest. At that point I broke down and asked for a washcloth to wipe it all off. I apologized profusely because I have never had an experience like this and felt horrible but couldn't walk out like that. I paid in advance and I didn't ask for a refund because I still used her time and makeup - but honestly I wish I could have that $100 back. I can't speak to any other services they offer and maybe they are great at lashes or something but would not suggest for a hairstyle and makeup. read more

Terrible Business. Here is the proof.... Paid for my wife to get a surprise hair appointment and get her nails done. She is an awesome wife & mother to our 3 kids. She also is part owner of a cheer team in Columbus, so we will make sure to tell this story a bunch. Anyways... back to the story, I made the appointment and offered to go ahead and pay. I did not have to pay in advance for the appointment, but didn't want me wife to worry about paying. When it came time for the appointment my wife couldn't find a sitter and tried to call them. She finally spoke to someone there and the girl said Teresa was supposed to call her back...that never happened. My wife called three more times and no answer. I was able to finally get ahold of Teresa and she tells me the money I spent was lost and that's all. She then hung up on me while I'm trying to remind her that I prepaid when I wasn't required to pay advance. She DIDN'T EVER tell me that I would lose money if my wife didn't make it or that I couldn't reschedule. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone... at all. Snipp It is a great salon for those of us on a budget. They have stylists with anywhere from a few months to more than two decades of experience. I've never had a bad experience, but after trying four different stylists, I haven't found a person I like enough to request again. Kathy cut my hair on my last visit - she was very friendly and talkative, and she even told me several times that I could come back later if I didn't like the cut and she would fix it for me for free. I really liked the cut, but when she styled my hair (naturally curly), I looked like a huge frizz-ball. I was embarrassed just to walk to my car. I told her it was too frizzy, but the more she tried to fix it, the worse it got. I really liked her personality and was going to schedule my bridal hair appointment with her, but quickly changed my mind after seeing how she styled my hair. Yikes! read more
