And when I asked two nail techs about my design which was a simple hollow black heart on one nail, two swoops, she attempted it twice. The first time it looked identical to Pac-Man. Not a heart. Nothing was rounded at all. The second time she just tried to adjust it, by making it thicker and uneven. The owner attempted it and also made it worse and when I asked for a letter R I was told they dont get them often and couldn't do it after six attempts and also i fought for the colors I wanted for it I went with another letter. S , and I get home to show my significant other the surprise (had to use his nickname ) I come to find out that one of them is backwards, AND UPSIDE DOWN. I called and asked to come in later to fix it she said ummmm sure. And she guesses I won't be charged. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AFTER FOUR YEARS OF NOT GETTING THEM DONE I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AND THAT IS UPSETTING. DID AND WILL NOT SCHEDULE MY PEDICURE. DO NOT GO!!!

I showed up for my appt. and NOT ONE Individual stated, "Hello, Can I Help You or even Recognized they had a Client." The Salon was PACKED!! I finally stated aloud, "I'm here for my 3:15 pm appt. "Okay, Sit down!!" There was one seat and after a few minutes the smell of Chemicals was beyond overwhelming!! I started having a hard time breathing. They definitely were Over Capacity and are in desperate need of New Ventilation System. After waiting over 30 mins. and Not being, "Recognized". A Lady walked in, stated She was a Walk-In and could they, "Fit her in?" "Sure Come on Back!!" They took her right back!! At that point, I was DONE!! OVER PACKED, NO Care for Customers , Poor ventilation... As I was waiting, a younger girl walked-in and decided to wait. As I was leaving,, I gave her my name and told her to take my appt. In my opinion, when their previous Salon was a few stores down... They had shown Much more Care for their Customers and Customer's Satisfaction. It's extremely Sad, Lotus Nail used to Show Care and Appreciation for their Customers. Actually asking if you wanted a magazine or if there was a special movie you'd like to watch!! Extremely excellent Customer Service and Care!! It feels as though Now, they'd rather have bodies filling a chair than Caring for THEIR Customers' Time and Satisfaction.
