Wanted a longer lasting gel paint job for vacation. They "dremmeled" my decent natural nails first. The gel paint lasted very well however, once they dremmeled the paint off, the next gel paint started chipping off the tissue thin and bendy nails I had left. They tugged at my cuticles with dull nippers. My cuticles grew out a mess for weeks. If your not living in acrylic nails, these are not the shops for you. Now, for the next 4+ months, I'll have these tissue thin chipping, peeling nails. Last time another shop did the same mess using sanding blocks. NEVER AGAIN. read more

What an excellent nail salon. I used to go to this nail salon years ago and decided to begin getting my nails done again. This nail salon is true to its name! Nowadays, you must make an appointment to come here. Making an appointment was incredibly easy and I did so a few days in advance. The staff are all very, very friendly and try to ensure your utmost comfort. Yesterday, I got my gel manicure redone here and also my pedicure. The woman providing the service made sure to turn on the massage chair for my pedicure and asked me if the water was too hot or just right. It is those little things that really make a difference. But what I really appreciate more than anything is the level of detail and the attention given to the work being done. My total cost was $52 for the gel manicure and regular pedicure, and it took almost 1.5 hours to get done. Why? Because the people who work here take their time to do things properly. I have been to other local nail salons that will rush through the manicure and pedicure and leave pieces of the cuticle hanging on. But not here. They really care about the presentation of their work and that is why I recommended this place to the ladies in my family who get their nails done. My nails are a little short due to me cutting them at home prior to starting to have my nails done again, but they still made my nails look as best as they could. Oh, and the place is so clean. Even before COVID, it was always a clean establishment. But even now, one employee made sure to disinfect the spa chair right after my pedicure was done. Can't beat that. read more

Second time here.. First time was great and the experience was awesome. I noticed they rarely communicate with the client as they're very focused on performance. Which isn't a bad thing.. as getting your nails done is meant to be relaxing so having someone talk and talk could be off putting. I was so happy with the end result that I made a second appointment hoping to see the same nail tech encountered from first visit. Also they use hot stones which reminded me of my nail salon back home in Jersey City. The nail tech took her time with the pedicure and manicure which was a plus as most rush the experience. The reason for the three stars is because of the issues below. -Made an appointment to see same nail tech but get there was assigned a different person. Guy that answers the phone to schedule appts fails to ensure the person you want to see is indeed avail on your appointment day. Otherwise he overbooks her and you're giving someone else. -The person you're assigned can't file your nails or interpret the shape you want. Thus equating to Nail polish and shape becoming atrocious and $50 bucks wasted down the drain. Explained many times the shape I prefer which is in between square and round.. home gurl made them round. Told her square it down some but they're still rounded.. so I gave up communicating.. like what's the point she just don't GET IT.. if you have to tell her more than three times somethings not right! Also Nail polish is too thickly coated. What irked me is the tip of the nails are uneven and not filed to smoothness. Now have to go home and reshape myself.. - When sterilizing the utensils used, the second nail tech I do not recommend will spray the alcohol directly on the utensils thereby spraying your feet in the process. This occurred while giving me the pedicure.. - Also they don't put any plastic in the pedicure tub so your feet is bare in the tub which is gross. So in summation, if making an appt to see the nail tech you want make sure she is available otherwise you'll be placed with the "other". She sits in the second conjoined station but is the one in the first seat. read more

They do a good job but 3rd time making an appointment and 3rd time I had to wait. Not sure why they take appointments. 2nd time I said something to the gentleman and he assured me next time I would be taken at the appointment time. Nope. Actually this time I was taken 40 minutes later. I received no apology not even any acknowledgement that they were late. If I was told it would be 40 minutes, I would have gone somewhere else. If you have all day to sit in a nail salon, go for it. If not, there are plenty of other nail salons that do just as good of a job. read more

So YELP wins again! I searched for all the nail salons in my area and this one had the best ratings on yelp. So I decided to give it a try. Best nail salon spa experience ever! I got a gel Mani Pedi. They were not busy, so CeCe removed my old gel color while I was getting a pedicure. Which I appreciate as I am a busy woman. My pedicure was actually a Spa pedicure without an upcharge. Complete with hot rocks and massage. The ladies were very nice and accommodating to my requests. My nails looked great and I was relaxed after a stressful day. Overall I would rate them a 10 but there are only 5 stars. read more

Had a gel refill done and in two weeks they chipped. I went back to the salon and showed them my nails and didn't want to do anything. They said I need to come in Every two weeks. I usually go every 4 weeks. They acted like it was my fault and were very rude. They said they would give me a discount the next time. I'm fairly new to the area and I am in need of a new nail salon. I went to this place just over a week ago and had a full set done. One by one all my nails fell off. By the 7th day after having the full set done, I had no nails left. Not to mention two of the nails were put on crooked. Also, this was the most expensive nail salon I've ever tried. I wanted to give a try at this place as it is near to my new house and reviews were pretty good in yelp and facebook. My old salon which I usually go charges 35$ for gel manicure and regular pedicure, which is really cheap and they do a perfect job. This one charges 50$ together for both. Place is clean, but I am not really impressed with their service. The one who did my pedicure, did not apply moisturizer to my legs, no shoulder massage after manicure, she didnot do my cuticles and dead skin removal properly. Only thing I like about her is, she applied polish very neat and perfect. I got nail art which is extra 10$ for my toes and ring fingers. She did that very beautiful. At the end, not worthy service for the money I paid. I will go back to my old salon even though it is far away from my new place. read more
