all technicians are highly skilled and able to do most modern services. They are fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is laid back and chill.

I'll just leave it at this... no one likes to spend hours at a nail salon to be left like this. I asked for the simplest nail design of white daisies. And in return received fried eggs. The base color of my nails was really splotchy and I was not happy. I interrupted the nail tech 3 times before it got uncomfortable and she was talking about me in a different language annoyed. Will not be a returning customer

Glad to be back now that Helen has taken over. I stopped going here for several reasons, which I don't feel are appropriate for this review, as it's all about Helen's FABULOUS Nails. BASICS : LOVE how up to date Helen's is with the latest polish-in both polish colors and current trends (ombré, powder dip, gel, etc). Largest nail color selection I've come across yet. Helen's leads the pack when it comes to powder dip colors and designs. Walk ins welcome. Wait time isn't terrible but weekend appointments recommended. Prices match or usually beat other salons in the area. Professional. Clean, Sanitary Helen's use new, out of the wrapper items , opened in front of you, clean basins, lovely scented aroma upgrade options. You will receive a wonderful & relaxing pedicure. And if you want something, or are unhappy, just ask and you shall receive!! OK WOW - did I really have to write sanitary, like its sn option?? Yes, yes I did as a sanitized experience is one that I want when paying $40:-60 for a service!! I realized how gross it sounds and the fact that it actually happens is even worse! I'm guessing that most of us have been to plenty of salons to find our "perfect match" (HAHA - I'm actually laughing -that one just fell right into place!! Ahhh...smiles! (For those who are salon regulars, you get the reference!!!). Anyway. I'm sure you've either seen. heard or experienced a not so pleasant salon. Well I HAVE had both happen----BUT NOT AT HELEN'S! THE ALL IMPORTANT PEDI & MASSAGE!!!! . ---YES. Helen's Salon knows how to treat their customers! BEST & LONGEST PEDI MASSAGE (at standard price) in my experience and in the Bensalem area. You not only get the regular pedi massage, the amazing techs also do a 10 min Hot Rocks massage that's so relaxing and a wonderful surprise/add on they do at no charge. FYI-Tips for services are NOT accepted on a credit or debit card at Helen's. ***There is a special discount rewards program if you pay in full with cash.*** If you go to Helen's, can we please stick together and ensure the "oh so amazing hot rocks special treat' is here to stay? Let's show them we appreciate the extra effort and worth it for the salon to continue. Not intended to offend w/mention of tip, I'm just a woman who believes in paying it forward and that one kind gesture, or even a simple smile, compliment or acknowledgment of any kind, can change the course of someone's day in ways you'll never know. Would not come back here - was unhappy with 1 accent nail color that ended up very clumpy and bumpy. Left to the store and came back few minutes later to ask them to change just the accent nail when I noticed how bad it was. The nail tech said they would only change it if I paid for it and said I should have said something while I was there a few minutes ago. Customer service is terrible and I would recommend everyone else to go Mimi's Nails down the street on Hulmeville Road.

Dirty messy and lacking in techniques, the place is awful. They had no menu from which to choose pedicures, the callous remover was a joke and the woman who did my manicure (no polish) used the towel that was leftover ! with someone else's nails and polish dust ! at the station where she told me to go sit down. No massage on the pedicure, a perfunctory washing with some green gel. The polishes are not organized by color or brand, there is no place to wait, everyone was on top of each other by the door. The pedicure is sub par. The manicure I could have done at home with a butcher knife. I will never return here. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO to that place. The worst service I've ever had. I asked for a pedicure with gel and the person who did it barely cleaned my toes. They basically gave me a massage in my feet and put the gel nail polish. I went there to get my toe nails clean. If I just wanted them painted I would of done it myself. The lady who did my nails also gave me so much attitude just because I was asking for certain design that I was gonna pay for. I do not recommend! read more

Came as a walk-in so other than a long wait time, I'm really happy with my pedicure and would recommend this place! It's clean and pleasant, and supplies come in single use packs (nail file, foot scrubby, etc) so you know its hygienic! $25 is super reasonable for a pedicure that includes scrub, hot stone massage, and hot towel. Will definitely be coming back read more

Even though I do like the results of my nails, I don't think I'll be going back. It's just too expensive for what I got. Mainly because I didn't really enjoy the experience, the massages are basically non existent and every little thing is an extra. If I'm paying $10 extra for gel then $15 extra for 2 designs you'd think they wouldn't charge extra for almond shape SHORT nails. They did a good job but I payed too much for just good. Sorry but I want great. I don't mind paying if it's worth it and in my opinion, it wasn't. I'm a dedicated wife, mother and student, I want excellent service... read more

I tried this place just by reading reviews and seeing pics they have posted in their facebook page. I was greeted right away by owner Helen, when I walked in. Place is so clean and neat. She told me to wait or come back in 30mins as they were busy with other clients. She noted my details to reserve my place. I am impressed at this part, as most of the other salons dont even care. When I went back, Vincent greeted me and I showed him the picture I want. I asked for a gel mani and flower design on my ring finger, a real flower by the way. His work was very proficient and neat. Helen did the flower part, she showed me couple of varieties they had, and gave an option to select one I like. Lastly she did a mini massage followed by paraffin dip. Even though there are other customers waiting, these people dont rush on compeleting their work fast. I am really impressed with their service, place and everything. Definately this is gonna be my regular place. read more

I recently moved and was looking for a nail salon in the area. Tried a few others and had a…read morehorrible experiences. Found 4 seasons on google and checked all sites for reviews. They were the only nail salon that had 4 stars plus on every site. Went in a Saturday morning when its typically busy, there were three people ahead of me. However, within 40 minutes I was in the chair. They did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. Dana did my nails in my perfect, preferred shape. I always wear my nails in an extra pointy almond shape (not quite stiletto) and she nailed it! I'll definitely be back again.

First time in and noone was in the salon. Today was a snow day, so I'm glad I came in. It was so nice and quiet. The place is newly renovated and very beautiful. For my pedi, Vincent used disposable liners, disinfected utensils AND new gloves (which most dont) . They have an organic super special deluxe pedi, which I didnt get but would definitely think about getting next time. They also do dip powder, which I may try as well. This salon is absolutely beautiful now that it is under new ownership!!! I was happily greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They offered complimentary drinks with my pedicure, the polish selection is amazingly large. I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be coming back read more
