We took Echo yesterday and got a call to pick him up. Half groomed and scared !! At first they wanted $20 for the half job. They said he snapped at them which I don't understand because he has never acted that way with other groomers. And he had been there before with no problem. I do not recommend this groomer.

Ashley is very nice and a good groomer. The second time we did not have Ashley. I could not even tell that he had been groomed other than he had a bath and bottom trimmed. His nails were hardly clipped & was not combed out. I decided to try again as he was due to be groomed. They told me my dog needed vaccinations. When I replied he was up to date, the lady began to yell at me and say I was arguing with her. Apparently they are always right, this women has some serious issues. I said I would get the records of which they had already been given. I'm upset that they did not update his records from the last visit, because they had been sent to them from my pets vet. I asked to schedule his grooming again and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was not allowed to come there anymore. I was literally shaking from this woman shouting at me over the phone. Horrendous customer service!! They do not know the first thing about customer service. I then went in to talk to the owner the Vet after being treated so bad over the phone, and she backed the desk person up. She said she's worked there a long time. As you can see in other reviews here, apparently this is what they do. Eventually they will do this to you too, so please don't waste your time and money. Also said I was rude the last time because I complained about the price of the vaccine. No, I was surprised by the $90 cost because I was not told that I would also be billed for a vet exam. They actually apologized to me that they didn't tell me up front, now I'm the rude one. Looking at these reviews it looks like it's their norm to be rude and patronizing. Find a better place. If they treat people like this, just think how they must treat your beloved pets when you're not there!!! Very mean people working here!!!

First, the odor of this place will about take your breath away, and NOT in a good way. However,…read morethe reviews seemed positive and as our regular kennel has closed, we were shopping around for an alternative. What we understand now is that the reviews were really about the grooming services this business provides. We dropped off a clean and healthy 6 y/o dog for 3 nights, one who has stayed in area kennels all of her life. We're not sure what happened during her first visit at this particular business. What we got back was a dog that smelled so bad that we had to immediately give her a bath before we could tolerate being near her, which we've never experienced previously. If they had reached out before pick-up to indicate that she was in need of one, that would have been appreciated, although we would have questioned why it was necessary. The second concerning thing was that our dog had loose, liquid stools, didn't want to eat, etc. One large vet bill later and various medications, she returned to normal about 4 days after we retrieved her from the kennel. Never had such an experience from kennelling any dog that we've owned in 35 years. The positive thing that I will say is that we did get a followup call from them and a brief discussion about what they could do for us - that was much appreciated (thus the 2-star rating). As we had already dealt with the health situation and got the dog in with our groomer, we just wanted to put the matter behind us.
